This thread will be the repository for images of sexy starships. I shall get us all going off right with this beautiful offering inspired by the highly regarded arthouse indie film known as Iron Sky... or something.

The USS George W Bush was named after our beloved 43rd President of the United States and is a military starship employed by the United States of America. Equipped with ventral missile launchers, capable of delivering nuclear death upon Space Nazis and their ilk while its sixteen defensive turrets are capable of intercepting enemy missiles and projectiles and engaging lighter aerial and surface targets. It's main weapon are two large Gauss Cannons located on opposing sides of the ship and capable of delivering hypersonic death to the space vessels borne out of failed mid 20th century ideologies. A worthy starship to honor the legacy of our great past President.

It also has artificial gravity.

I've always had a fondness for the Deimos class corvette from Freespace 2. Not a complex design, but there's something I like about the straightforwardness of it.

Proper sexy starships aren't namby-pamby exploration vessels but heavily-armed war machines arranged in triangular patterns:

Its actually a mixed propulsion craft: it has the orion pulse engine for interplanetary travel, but conventional rockets to carry out the landing and take of (since nuclear pulse obviously has, issues with maneuvering close to anything.
