Politico is reporting the United States next military aid package may include Strykers which is new, but more notably could also include the newly developed GLSDB munitions designed for the M270 and M142 HIMARS MLRS's. The GLSDB is notable for being developed in the recent years by Saab and Boeing as a solution to utilizing M26 rocket motors that were going to be demilled anyways. The M26 rocket motors are paired with modified GBU-39 Small Diameter Bombs.

The GLSDB reported has a range of 150 kilometers or just under 100 miles with a meter wide target radius at a cost of $40,000 per missile supposedly. An ATACMS meanwhile has twice the range at 300 km or 150 miles respectively, but costs $1 million a missile. Meanwhile the current GMLRS rockets that Ukraine currently uses have a range of about 70 kilometers or half the range of the GLSDB.
