man...you'd think they'd learn to just disperse that better by now.
Soviet/Russian doctrine wants ammo close together, partly for easier supervision against theft/black market stuff, and partly because trying to teach conscripts proper ammo dispersal in enemy territory would mean giving them more than bare bones training.

They've been trying.

There's a reason why American military hardware is understood to be much more dangerous by those who pay attention to actual field performance.

Don't get me wrong, ruskie tanks and AKs can absolutely kill you dead. But if you want precision accuracy, longer range, and you want it reliably?

Don't buy communist hardware.

Russia also has a lot of ammo and other resources, this hurts but the Ukranians are going to have to do a whole lot more damage to make the bear fuck off.

if they want to really hit russia they need to go after russian oil tankers.

Destroy a few of those and you obliterate the russian insurance market.
