OK, I'll bite. Explain it to me.

For one, it should be immediately obvious that banning Iran from importing weapons does not ban them from exporting them. If the argument is that the ban prevented them from acquiring key components or something, you'd have to square that with the fact the first combat deployment of the drones was in Yemen in 2020, almost six months before the repeal of the policy. If the argument is the policy prevented Russian from importing them somehow, via moral pressure or something else, see how the Iranians and them are both steadfastly denying the drones are Russian; they would've done the same as well.

Ultimately, it's just meaningless click bait.

Fifty Four Days of Protests in Iran and the First Participant in these Protests Has Been Sentenced to Death.

BBC said:
A Revolutionary Court in Tehran found the defendant, who was not named, had set fire to a government facility and was guilty of "enmity against God".

Another court jailed five people for between five and 10 years on national security and public order charges.
A human rights group warned authorities might be planning "hasty executions".

At least 20 people are currently facing charges punishable by death, Norway-based Iran Human Rights said, citing official reports.

Recently Iran's Parliament through a 272 of 290 vote supported 'retributive justice' against these protests.

BBC said:
He warned that "rioters" could be charged with "moharebeh" (enmity against God), "efsad fil-arz" (corruption on Earth) and "baghy" (armed rebellion) - all of which can carry the death penalty in Iran's Sharia-based legal system.

Those possessing and using a weapon or firearm, disrupting national security, or killing someone could receive "qisas" (retaliation in kind), he said, apparently responding to a call for retributive justice from 272 of the 290 members of Iran's parliament.

Almost sixteen thousand protesters have been detained with protests having taken place in around 140 cities and towns, and over two thousand participants being charged with various crimes and twenty facing the death penalty. 326 Demonstrators have been killed, including 43 'children' and 25 women along with reportedly 39 Iranian Security Personnel.

As part of the deal between Russia and Iran, Russia will be sending Iran 24 Su-35 Fighter Jets which were originally intended for Egypt until Western/US Intervention torpedoed the deal. This is reportedly part of the exchange that has already seen an estimated 1700 (of a potential 2000) loitering munitions sent by Iran to Russia in exchange.

That suggests the rumors of ballistic missile sales to follow up are true, because there's no way 2000 Shaheds, even with a big premium, come even close to the market value of 24 new multirole jets. 4 at most. Even if we throw in some pricier drones of other models that may explain another 4 or 6.

So it looks like a backdoor 'Iran Deal' was worked out in Jordan without fanfair, because the deal seems to be Iran gets everything it wants, once again.

As that very post says, just because they said a deal was worked out, that doesn't mean it's true and it says what they say it says.
Iranian government lies its ass off regularly, a bit of lying for market manipulation is tuesday for them.

Eh, with how Macron flubbed trying to get Russia to not invade Ukraine, and with how much parts of Europe want that Iranian market share (if no new sanctions are coming), I find it completely believable.

And that's another point, it's funny how they talked with Macron and EU representatives, with no high level US representation mentioned, yet the Iranian claims that Americans have agreed... Seems like a lot of spinning is involved there.
And yes, Macron is and always was (even before Trump cancelled it) one of biggest Iran deal proponents due to the economic deals France had secured with Iran, and all the problems Iran causing not being his problems anyway.

Irans Soccer Team remained silent during the playing of their National Anthem during the first match of theirs in the World Cup.

I wonder if they made any noise what the ''headline'' would read🤔 bet it turns out the players ''support'' the ''protests/color revolution'' either way🤡
