If you want industrial capacity and ability to self-maintain, maybe go with Bentus.

Assuming it comes with the Bentusi aboard it's probably about as benevolent an ancient precursor as you'll ever find and will actively work to uplift civilization as long as you avoid the stuff like genocide and slavery that tend to irritate them. If you get to replace the Bentusi well, you're Bentus now and that's hard to beat. Galaxy-spanning FTL, real space STL barely below C, a hull tougher than a moon, beam weaponry for days, some kind of teleportation trading system, and it's extremely hard to find anything that can out-manufacture any Homeworld ships much less the Great Harbor Ship.

Also while scaling in Homeworld is never easy, it's most likely bigger than the Death Star and if not at the very least can fit a Borg Cube in some of its smaller hangar bays.
Per the OP the crew is nothing but you. You don't get the crew it's supposed to come with - so no Bentusi - and that one's out as a realistic possibility per the OP.
Don't the advanced Homeworld ships like the Motherships or Bentusi stuff require you to be hooked up with the ship? Hopefully the Beast isn't out there.

Per the OP. You get yourself. You don't get the crew.
If you are the ship, you don't need the crew. The hull is your skin, the engines your legs, it's reactor your heart, weapons your arms. If your brain is the AI controling most of the ships systems like Karen S'jet did you don't need a crew.

Unbound are built into their ships cybernetically. It's extremely difficult to tell where the ship ends and the person begins (and for Bentusi, perhaps impossible, we have only one image of one and it appears to be all or nearly-all machine). Hence my speculation that either you get the actual Bentusi as it would count as an AI, or you replace it and become Unbound yourself since it has all the hookups to turn a single person into an immortal part of the ship.

Yup, the Beast couldn't kill Unbound the way it absorbed any organics it ran into, it could only control their ships and leave them trapped inside a body they could no longer control. Thusly there can't really be much organic left or the Beast would just consume them.

Well... granted running into The Beast would suck but if it's already out there I'd rather be fighting it with Bentus than with a Starfleet runabout.

Is the derelict Borg Cube from the Before Dishonor novel an option, or more specifically, can I retain control as myself rather than as raw materials for the birth of a replacement Borg Monarch? The thing was capable of assimilating a starfleet boarding party to create a replacement Queen to issue further commands than operating with a crew solely consisting of her.

As I said, the ship will see you as its rightful owner/commander and any and all tech/augmentations required to control it are yours, I think I even specified that the queen election protocol will be just fine with "electing" you as "queen", so you get best in class borg implants, keep your consciousness and are considered the Borg Queen, even if you are a dude, not that it should matter since the queen was basically just a primary coordination nexus and a hive job function, not a biological requirement IMHO.
Dunno why it was biased towards making females, maybe it was working off of a template or the borg were originally communist feminazis.

Per the OP: You get yourself. You don't get the crew.
yes, yourself and whatever tech augments you might need to drive the ship, that would include stuff like 5I command staff cybernetic implants, for example.

If we stretch that rule we can probably turn people into a certain high ranking AdMech Archmagus Dominus if you ask for a certain Ark mechanicus called Iron Revenant.
I think he also had some of his memories stored into some of his augments, so you'd in theory have all his knowledge, and maybe access to that personality upload he created.

In any case, Dahak or Andromeda are probably the safest and easiest bets.

Honestly, I wouldn't want any augments or something so big that I can't park it somewhere nearby and basically do what Regina Spektor does in this song:

(i.e.: grab a lawn chair and relax while enjoying a nice day.)

Just park Andromeda orbit around Jupiter and go back and forth with a stealth shuttle.

Dahak had some excellent stealth tech, and he is the moon.

Parking something on orbit around Jupiter and dragging a folding lawn chair to a beach on some moon is a whole hell of a lot more difficult than what I currently do: open the trunk, grab the chair, and set it down.

Within 5 minutes of me parking my car I can be drinking a cold beer while in a lawn chair under a shade tree with my feet up.

Daddy knows how to relax.

Dahak literally has several miles of pristine beach built into the Captain's personal quarters.

Tsunami goes one better with a pocket dimension of rugged mountains, sandy beaches, and dense forests to explore.

Also with tenchi ships your space ship can be your waifu. Who doesn’t want an awesome spaceship as a waifu.

I'm a married father of two. If she's not Princess my dick ain't interested in anything she has to offer.

So yeah, I don't want an "awesome spaceship waifu". I want the mother of my children.

I think that a Jurai Ship-tree can meld with a human, so you can turn your wife into a planet-destroying super-starship.

IIRC Sasami didn't really change much when she merged with Tsunami.
She wasn't Sasami anymore.

BTW: The tangled mess of how Tenchi Muyo! characters are related to each other makes an ancient Egyptian Pharoah's ancestry look sane and healthy.

Well, advanced tech might clean up the potential genetic defects...
