My thinking, and I'm probably wrong, is that the US didn't do it. Why? It's too fucking obvious, that's why.

There it is, the largest port in Poland, next to the second largest port that is Gdynia, and the insignificant city between them Sopot hence they are popularly called Tri-City because it is already one city de facto but formally three separate ones.
And Lodz is mentioned for two reasons, the first boring after WWII it was supposed to be the capital.
The second funnier Lodz itself looks like it is already a post-apo city.
I'm surprised that they haven't started making films of this genre there yet, you don't have to pay for scenery!

The only other reasonable suspects are allies/pawns of the USA and if they did it, almost certainly did so with the blessing of not direct aid from the USA.

I‘m sure if the act was dumb on the part of the Biden Regime, evil for certain. However, even if you doubt what comes out of Sloppy Joe Brandon's mouth, method, motive and means still all point towards the USA and/or Poland.
