No longer in the shadows, Pentagon’s UFO unit will make some findings public

You argue that aliens would set off a heat signature, but the phenomenon we have observed move without any friction with the atmosphere, no excessive heat signature (They have been seen on thermal, but it runs somewhat cool) and no sonic booms.

If someone has that kind of technology, or if aliens exist and can do interstellar travel, there is no way to be sure their means of travel or power production really set off a noticable amount of heat.

And I'm somewhat skeptical of the claims of aliens.

As am I.

I just follow the UFO/Alien stuff because I find it fascinating.

I think aliens are one of the last possibilities on the list of possibilities.

But with our monkey brained understanding of the universe, we can't presume to know how an interstellar specie's technology will work. I don't think your reasoning there rules out aliens, even though I agree that it's probably not aliens.

And that's how we land at me finding this absolutely fascinating. I've seen nothing to prove it's aliens, but I've seen nothing that debunks it, either. The developments over the last few years are impressive and fascinating because they nullify pretty much all the usual sorts of things we'd assume debunk the alien theory.

"It's an illusion" - multiple instruments and eye witnesses have seen them

"Equipment malfunction" back to last point, multiple radars on different craft caught the same exact phenomenon.

"Weather balloon" - pentagon confirmed it isn't

"Advanced tech" - this is tech so advanced it's magic, I think this is probably the likely answer..but that's also a scary answer. whoever owns this has absolutely game changing/breaking technology
