New member here, had to release the email verification email from quarantine

Just signed up a few minutes ago - your verification emails got caught in quarantine because of SPF failure.

I'm not staff but here's what I have to say: If you can't navigate the simple instructions for joining a forum the problem is probably a PEBKAC problem.

That is, the issue almost certainly exists between the keyboard and the chair.

Actually the issue is due to how some email providers handle the emails from our site. It's a known issue with certain types of webmail and certain ISPs, and unfortunately it's an issue with xenforo itself.
