Nested quotes

This came up in a thread and @LordSunhawk gracefully stepped in, but it leads to a question:

Does TS's BBC code support manually nested forum quotes in the way email chains do and usenet did?

I know most forums automatically strip them out because quote pyramids at the beginning (or end, or throughout, or whatever) of what you're looking at gets old and obnoxious after awhile.

The forum does support multi-quote but if you get obnoxious with it then the mods will trim it

Ah, so the occasional

stuff in here

with stuff before/after the nested quote is acceptable but stacking quotes past that, nesting quotes like you're writing C source code, or doing it on a regular basis will attract moderator attention.

Am I reading that right?
