Musk actually buys Twitter.

It's happening. This is a really great step. Best thing he could have done. No stupid, lengthy process for people to beg for their accounts back. Just blanket amnesty for everyone except the really reprehensible (e.g. terrorists, paedophiles and spambots). And then everybody gets a shot under the new rules.

And it's completely fair, because this also brings back the banned leftists.

What's that? It's not fair? It's disproportionate? Why? Oh, because far more right-wing people get to benefit from this than left-wing people? My, and why is that? Oh... because right-wing people were previously targeted... unfairly?

Fun days all around.

(And who wants to bet that from now on, with hopefully more balanced moderating, it turns out that it's the far-left radicals who rightfully get banned the most frequently? They tend to be the most hateful bunch around, utterly unfiltered and unrestricted, because they were simply allowed to get away with it for so long...)

Blanket Amnesty…does that mean Alex Jones might yet be unleashed on Twitter once more?

I’m not a massive fan of the man but I can’t deny he is entertaining.

NYT associated news site Semafor goes for a hatchetjob, claims that Musk offered special buy in deal for Twitter to Sam Bankman-Fried, the now disgraced crypto former billionaire who was second only to Soros as a Dem donor. Immediately backfires as it turns out that (1) all existing twitter stockholders were offered the same deal, (2) Bankman never took that deal, but (3) Bankman did buy into Semafor, and (4) Bankman was the source for Semafor's claims.

I find this particularly interesting as Semafor was the publisher for several previous hatchetjobs on employee safety or speech rights at SpaceX immediately suggesting they perhaps weren't entirely unbiased then either.

What's perhaps more amusing is Bankman now using his own leper status as a weapon. "You can't trust that guy, I'm telling you that he associated with me, the least trustworthy person ever!"

I will trust a drug addict who says she needs a few dollars and my car's cigarette lighter so she can take "a hit of something hard" before I'll trust someone like Bankman.

She's honest about what she's up to. He is not.

kek. the memes write themselves

also fun fact. You heard of jeff Bezos?
In hebrew Bezos is the root word for plunder / loot / pillage / etc

בזוֹז = bezos
לִ = le suffix. means "to".
the verb le-bezos is thus "to plunder". although it can be pronounced as "li-vezos" instead of "li-bezos".
ה = ha postfix. indicates it is a proper noun. alongside altering the little dots around the word which change how to pronounce it. i won't go into all the rules of this but basically bezizah is the noun.

Bezos itself can also be a command conjugation of the word. although the more common command conjugation is tiv. "you there, go tivzos".
but a more formal "and god said: bezos their property" would be a sweeping command to plunder

still. this is a very weird and ironically appropriate name.

It's not much of a secret that Twatter was an extremely pedophilia friendly place, but there is talk that some of the most known child porn trade hashtags have been purged, a process that will certainly continue for some time, but with pedophilia protecting moderators gone or in hiding it is at least finally happening. It also gives the progressives another impetus for destroying twitter and Musk
YIKES!
