Sure, but that still doesn't defend against rape allegations. I mean, if someone was the next coming of Harvey Weinstein, They'd make women sign these then rape them anyway.

Sure, but the juror/judge has no idea if the defendant before them is Depp or Weinstein. That paper doesn't really shift the needle much in either direction.

Something along the lines of, a guy is paranoid AF that even if he doesn't KISS a girl, she would accuse him of sexual harassment

To avoid accusations, he would make as many records as possible of their interactions to disprove any accusations

Will sign contracts even under multiple witnesses just in-case

Failing both? Leave and never talk to the lady that may try to ruin them somehow

False accusation risks (which with no proof can destroy lives/careers) have left a lot of office-worker men/bosses to consider interacting with women to just be not worth the risk now. They're, ironically, icing women out of everything but basic workplace interactions. They won't even be in the same room as a woman now without witnesses or an open door, open window policy.

Even then, a woman with an axe to grind can destroy someone's career, given time. HR in companies will typically always back up women, even when there is clear evidence that they're bullshitting.

Something the Army and all branches brought in, but the Army went a step further. So we have SHARP, which means Sexual Harassment, Assault and Rape Prevention. Most other branches dont have it for harrassment.
And the Army goes indepth on the investigation asking everyone, making sure it isnt false. They are not supposed to take bias.. there is also that they tell men they should speak up, and fell men they can be on the receiving end of this stuff too
