An LOI has been signed, with the transaction and due diligence period to close on 12 February, 2021, between myself as the Manager of BAM LLC and @LordSunhawk for the sale of the assets of BAM LLC to interests represented by @LordSunhawk . He is being promoted to an admin effective immediately.

Under the terms, no changes to the rules or TOS may take place until after 12 February, 2021, however, administrative procedures may be changed. I will cease posting on the board as-of tomorrow, at least during the transition period, but continue to be around to offer advice in a non-posting role, as well @The_Comet_King . With both of us ending any participation in the administration and moderation effective immediately, Mr. LordSunhawk will be enforcing the rules and TOS as they are currently written, based on our understanding. Mr. LordSunhawk may implement staff changes and procedural changes, as noted.
