Shalla-Bal is Norrin Radd, the original Silver Surfers, lost love on Zenn-La.

It's basically like skipping Steve Rogers and going straight to Peggy Carter as Cap or Tony Stark for Riri as Iron... Uhhh Man?

I think a female Silver Surfer could be sick as fuck and the actress has the chops for it, but it's a disappointing signal. Just like replacing the near perfectly cast John Krasinski with Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards... Because Pedro Pascal must be in everything now.
