Duel area will be Japan's National Stadium, completely empty but all of the track and field equipment and apparatus is still there. Shielding and forcefields block any external exits from the stadium itself including from above.
Luke Skywalker will be as he is from his appearance in the Season Two finale of The Mandalorian. Anakin Skywalker will be as he is pre-Mustafar as in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
Victory can be achieved by killing or incapacitating their opponent.
