Not true until recently. It fucking sucks that it's come to this. But all the crazies stopped making up new sexualities, and swapped them for new genders. The issue is that pretending you have a gender you don't has a real world consequence that pretending one has a sexuality doesn't. Most Trans people are fine and just want to fit in and not be noticed.
Note that drag queens are gays, also, not trans.

That is sadly how a lot of movements go. There's always (at least) two types of people in a movement, those who object to the boot, and those who object to what foot the boot is on. It can be hard to tell the difference while they are under the boot, as they act similarly. And once the boot is off their neck, the ones who want the boot gone leave the movement (because to them, the movement is over), leaving those who want the boot on their foot to lead the movement.
LGBs do NOT ask society to humor them living a lie.
Transgenders/transexuals do ask society to humor a lie to so as to not offend them.

LGB do not pretend the are not the sex they were born as, T's do.
LGB mostly just do not want to go back to the Stonewall and forced lobotomy days, not remake all of society to fit them and their lies like T's do.

Here's what's happening. A bunch of guys are pretending (frequently to themselves as well) to be trans to get some sort of benefit. There are also guys who are pedos who seek to groom kids (see drag queen story hour). Finally, there are radical leftists of both sexes who are teaching stupid bullshit to kids to push an agenda, some of which identify as a different gender (5 years ago they'd have a made up sexuality instead).
Excluding the T only hits the first problem and some of the third problem. That's about it.
The real issues? Men trying to gain access to women's spaces, pedos trying to infiltrate the LGBT movement (again), and radical leftists. You stop the radical leftism, you stop the whole problem.

No, I couldn't care less about who fucks who.
But lets not pretend that the movement based nearly entirely on having "pride" in who you choose to have sex with didn't cause the current situation with trans ideology.
When your culture includes a month of heavily sexualized parades meant specifically to include children, you can't then act surprised when shit rolls downhill fast.
The LGB community is on a whole, toxic and hedonistic. If it was just as simple as them wanting equal treatment under the law and to be able to love and make love to who they wished, none of this would be occurring.
Please do not conflate the fucktards in Cali and NYC with the the entirety of the non-hetero population.
