IMO the British and Dutch can kiss their NA colonies goodbye.

The Dutch, if they are good, quiet, non-missionary traders, might be left with a, possibly shrunken New Netherlands/New Amsterdam as a little Dejima style trading outpost on Manhattan island, like just how the Dutch had Dejima at Nagasaki, but quite a bit bigger.
