Sounds like the prisoners can sue the government for violation of the Quick and Speedy trial bit.
That's not that unusual though, best as I can tell? Most the defendants obviously weren't arrested on the day of the incident, but rather weeks or even months later. There's no quick and easy answer I could find for average wait time for trial, but most sources seem to agree that for a jury trial, 9-12 months is pretty common and more serious cases usually take longer than simpler ones. So, sometime hopefully first half of '22 seems to be what should be expected.

And... Then obviously they let all the legitimately incarcerated inmates go free? All the government employees of that particular site are just terminated? That's pretty wildly divorced from reality. It would just mean a shuffling around of both inmates and employees, at tax payer expense, leading to both more bloat and overcrowding.
Nah, the inmates go to other places and the government 'servants' get fired for being politically minded schmucks who thought they were big enough for their side of congress to care when they piss off the other half.

So you know Tuesday in the West.

While I still hold individuals responsible for the choices they make, regardless of circumstances, it is becoming more and more obvious that tbks was a setup.

How much you wanna bet these recent CP suicides are the Epstein type of suicide?
You also got to keep in mind, the "violence" at the Capitol Building barely merits that description. In fact, most of it was done to the "rioters", not by them. At worst, these people should be facing disorderly conduct and vandalism charges; but we all know the establishment is dead set on making examples of them.

I actually know this one: You have to assert your desire for a quick and speedy trial often and nearly from the start to be able to qualify for a nullification due to failure to provide one.

You basically have to object to every request by the prosecution for a additional time and not make any requests of your own.

Basically: Assert your right continuously and fully or lose it.
