If you can't find it at a retail store, it's probably not worth buying

I'm noticing infomercial type ads on youtube (particularly for Dr Squatch all natural soap for some reason) and just like with most infomercial products the products are rated at near universal 1-2 star reviews, with some oddly vague and commercial like 5 stars reviews. long story short, f you can't find it at a retail store and you have to subscribe to the product, chances are you're just being hoodwinked by advertising.

I buy my soap from a guy who hand makes it himself and unlike Dr Squatch I can verify it' authenticity, I could also make it myself but I am lazy.

More on to your point if you know the right people you can get some sweet deals that you could never find in stores and while some are dubious they are still steals regardless...

For example, I know for a fact that bed sheets cost $50.00 on average nowadays for a queen, I can buy a set of King Sheets from a flea market vendor I know that buys sheets from China for $15.00 a piece meaning that you can buy over three sets of sheets for the same price.

Hot take.

I can't find a copy of Skyrim on PC at a retail store. There's nothing worth buying more.

In all seriousness, this is silly. There are plenty of things worth buying you can't get at a retail store for practical reasons (such as it being so niche the markup necessary for it to be at a retail store would be outrageous. If you want a niche hobbyist item, online will almost always be cheaper than retail.)

Art, the actual good art, is made on commission. It is not something that can be purchased at retail. Likewise land is not bought or sold at a store. When you can stop going to a retail store is when you start acquiring wealth rather than goods.
