I've looked around, but I see no provision to do so. The mail symbol by my username shows current conversations, but there is no option there to start one.

Starting a PM requires a minimum of 25 posts.

I'm not sure if you're on your phone or on a computer, but when I click on the mail icon on my computer, I see this.

I'm on my computer, and I don't see anything like that. Someone might have to send me one first to "prime" it, so to speak.
