So this just happened... and it makes me wonder if we need a proper chronicling of this sad, sad state of affairs since it seems to be happening more and more often as sadly in this country, the demand for racism in the world often seems to exceed supply.

Texas A&M police say student who reported racist notes placed them there himself

In a report released to KBTX on Thursday, police at Texas A&M University said a student who reported finding racist notes on his car’s windshield last month may have placed the papers there himself. However, the 21-year-old at the center of the case strongly denies those claims.

That's right, a 21 year old Senior Black Texas A&M student who just happens to be a Black Lives Matter activist was targeted by racists who left three notes on his windshield including hateful statements like "All Lives Matter" and use of the N-word on one note. Like a good citizen who wants to defund the police, he contacted the police about this hate crime and the police in due diligence investigated the crime.

Around 12:55 p.m., Martin is seen on video walking back to his car.

Police wrote in their report, “Martin immediately walks to the passenger side of his vehicle, but does not open any doors. Martin is seen toward the front of his vehicle. A brief white speck is seen from about mid-torso of Martin moving toward his vehicle. Another white speck is seen near his chest area. Martin is then seen stepping back and onto the sidewalk in front of his vehicle, most likely taking photos and videos. He then approaches his vehicle again on the passenger side and remains there for a few moments. He is then seen walking around the front of his vehicle. Martin then enters the driver`s door and drives away a few moments later. The total time spent at his vehicle is 1 minute, 15 seconds.”

Police said in the report it was “difficult to distinguish any characteristics of the suspect in the video” but “based on video evidence, no other person had enough time to place the messages on Martin`s car other than himself.”

The report goes on to say, “the other individuals that walked past Martin`s vehicle were not hidden for more than 5 seconds, and would have had to reach over the hood to place the notes.”

“He was the only person with enough time to place the notes on his car,” said police.

The student in question stated he has declined cooperating with police and has contacted an Attorney for some reason.

So about that hate crime which resulted in the Tragic death of an 84 year old Thai-American. It's actually gotten a lot of press. For example, Bee Vang, the Hmong-American actor hired by Clint Eastwood to co-star with him in the award winning, critically claimed 2008 film Gran Torino in an article with NBC News, criticized the movie that was his first significant acting role as "mainstreaming" anti-Asian racism and bigotry, apparently missing the point of the very movie he starred in and then linked it to the death of Vicha Ratanapakdee, the aforementioned elderly Thai American.

At the time, there was a lot of discussion about whether the movie’s slurs were insensitive and gratuitous or simply “harmless jokes.” I found it unnerving, the laughter that the slurs elicited in theaters with predominantly white audiences. And it was always white people who would say, “Can’t you take a joke?”

In less than a year, the animus seems to have coalesced in the death of Vicha Ratanapakdee, an 84-year-old Thai American who was murdered in San Francisco on Jan. 31.

To this day, I am still haunted by the mirth of white audiences, the uproarious laughter when Eastwood’s curmudgeonly racist character, Walt Kowalski, growled a slur. "Gook." "Slope head." "Eggroll." It's a "harmless joke," right? Until it’s not just a joke, but rather one more excuse for ignoring white supremacy and racism.

Troubling stuff right? Well don't worry, in response to the vicious death of this poor unfortunate man, Asian Activists have declared a rally against White Supremacy and Nationalism in this name.

His name is Antoine Wilson. I'm sure he was motivated in his attacks by Candance Owens or some shit.

There's been a spat of attacks by White Supremicists upon Asian-Americans recently actually, as detailed in the above article. A 91 year old Asian man was assaulted in Oakland by another noted White Nationalist and likely Christian Identitarian.

His name is Yahya Muslim. Like many racists, I try not to judge by skin color, so I'm assuming he pretty much fits the bill of your standard Klanner or Neo-Nazi.

Two Black Penn State Professors discovered a NOOSE hanging in a yard neighboring theirs. Obviously recognizing a racially motivated attempt to intimidate the Black intellectuals, they reported the hate crime to law enforcement.

Meanwhile Penn State U President Eric Barron posted a statement to the University about how deeply distressing this was and the local newspaper covered the troubling story as well.

“[T]he incident underscores the importance of our anti-racism work as a University, and as a community of scholars,” Barron wrote. “It also underscores the importance of our town-gown work to build a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all who live here. Groups like Community & Campus in Unity that have formed the Centre Region Anti-bias Coalition are critical to helping create a climate of acceptance and support.”

The police collected the noose and conducted a thorough investigation.

Turns out it was part of the neighbors swing set and the rope happened to fall around the tree... It's unknown if the Professors share the Polices conclusion at this juncture.

White Supremicists egged the door of a Black Wayne State University student in Michigan. After a rigorous investigation by the Wayne State University Police Department which, according to FOIA requests, used up a minimum of 200 work hours for the investigation, somehow said Wayne State University student Zoriana Martinez is now considered the primary suspect of this eggregious hate crime.

Apparently Martinez' own peers questioned the story and one possible motivation for the alleged hoax is she was looking for a way to break the lease on her property due to prior issues pertaining to dog possession.

While activists and the bereaved family of 16-year-old Miller demand answers about her death, her former girlfriend is being harrassed.

Written by Journalist Andy Ngo for Newsweek, the story of the tragic death of sixteen year old Mikayla Miller of Hopkinton, Massachusetts. When her body was found alongside a wilderness trail, a belt around her throat, Mikayla's Mother and local Black Lives Matter activists stated she was the victim of a modern day racially motivated lynching at the hands of a brutal 'White mob.'

Monica Cannon-Grant, a BLM activist from Boston and spokeswoman for Mikayla's family, has publicly blamed a group of white "cop kids" for killing Mikayla, and also named the ex-girlfriend (whose parents are not in law enforcement). Mikayla's mother has claimed on social media her daughter was "lured outside" the night she died.

Their protests caught the attention of politicians including Rep. Ayanna Pressley (of the "Squad"), Senator Elizabeth Warren and Governor Charlie Baker. "Mikayla Miller's death was a tragedy. She and all of our LGBTQ youth and youth of color deserve to be safe. We owe her family peace in knowing that everything possible was done to find answers, including a thorough and transparent investigation into the circumstances of her death," said a statement from Senator Warren. George Floyd's family attorney Benjamin Crump announced this week that he was representing Mikayla's family.

The States Chief Medical Examiner has determined her death however was a suicide and Prosecutors are still probing whether an earlier altercation where she encounter her ex-girlfriend played a factor in the suicide.

"She's 16. If I don't say anything, she'd probably be in the hospital or dead by now because of all these people jumping on the bandwagon and really hurting her," Anderson said. Before the school year ended, the family withdrew their daughter from Hopkinton High School, where Mikayla was also a student.

Anderson confirms that her daughter punched Mikayla, a large-framed ex-basketball player, in self-defense after a routine teenage argument turned physical in the hours before Mikayla died

"[Mikayla] was grabbing her by the neck of her sweatshirt and trying to corner her," Anderson says her daughter told her after the alleged confrontation. "My daughter is about 90 pounds."

Mikayla and the Anderson daughters were girlfriends who recently broke up. In the days and hours leading up to Mikayla's suicide, the ex-girlfriend apparently e-mailed a High School Counselor and sent a Facebook message to Mikayla's Aunt. The Anderson daughter often spent time with Mikayla because her own Mother was apparently not around and even brought her food. Mikayla also allegedly endured physical abuse from her Mother or others resulting in a domestic battery report and Mikayla was kicked out of her home by her Mother and spent two weeks in the custody of the State.

In a GoFundMe, the Mother of Mikayla, a 41 year old Hairdresser named Calvina Strothers, has raised $60,000 writing, "My name is Calvina Strothers and I am the mom of Mikayla Miller. Mikayla was a beautiful soul. She was an athlete and she loved basketball. She was an honors student and had dreams of studying journalism at an HBCU either Howard University or Spelman College. Mikayla wasn’t a troubled child, she was a joy to her family, friends and teammates. She was never arrested or even suspended from school. Mikayla was a loving daughter, niece, and friend to so many. Mikayla identified as LGTQIA.

We need your help. We need to raise funds so that we have the resources to continue this fight for accountability, transparency and #JusticeforMikayla.
