Neither the Mayor, nor the City Council, have the power to forbid police officers from using lethal force when they are in a position where there is a real and easily proven fear/danger for their lives.
Im actually less angry about the police prescient being attacked then the Target and all of the business's.
The looted business didn't have anything to do with what happened, and while attacking the priecent for one jackass's actions is a dick move at least its an understandable dick move.
