Besides, I’ve heard it from guys who say they’re from Portland, they admit the riots are a thing but they say it hasn’t exactly spread everywhere, just a select few parts for example
So to them the riots almost never happened
Though given that BLM has been going to neighborhoods even in the middle of the night and waking up the population, they may have made a bunch of people more aware than before
