Depends on how you count it, but if you mean "has one line that connects through the blood at all to Abraham himself" then probably about 8 billion. The two big triggers that imply that everyone on Earth qualifies is the spread of Jews to Europe where the Europeans then spread everywhere, and the spread of Muslims everywhere. Interbreeding being what it is, it would be a rare individual who had zero genetic connection after four or five thousand years.
