What do you think Trump's supporters are going to think? It's going to get his base riled up like crazy. This honestly helps him in a lot of ways, he can still record his speech, and then point at a bunch of unpatriotic liberal rioters infringing on peoples freedom of expression to attend the rally/party.

When you actually ARE the “rebel” and the “underdog” and actually DO experience oppression and discrimination, you have more reason to fight than those LARPERs
Maybe, but how many people are going to be willing to go to rallies when they have to deal with this kinda shit and the virus at the same time?
Preemptively securing roads, securing clear lines of entry for ticket holders, and keeping these types of the things from being able to block off access to events needs to become a priority.

Oh, it's just a matter of acceptable (or not) targets.
Just imagine how quickly they'd be pacified it their intended target was something completely unaccepable, such as:
1. Wall Street / HQs of anything Big Money,
2. Mansions and estates of 1% (of 1%).
And such things will quickly be dismantled, as we saw.
Remember, these are presidential events, which means the FBI, Homeland Security, and Secret Service are automatically involved. And if you try to block a road with a disabled vehicle, well, they will clear it because it might be a bomb.

He was first called Alt-Right until his actual identity became known, where it turns out he's black.
This video has the accident itself at the beginning, fairly graphic. From my own read of it, it looks like he was actually trying to not hit anybody but between cars in the road and protesters everywhere, he couldn't dodge them all and wound up hitting two as he swerved ot miss a bigger crowd. Could have been much worse but it's still pretty tragic.
