Honestly, I was divided on whether to give this a “Sad” or “Ha-ha” reaction, but I don’t eat at A&W, so I went with “Ha-ha” instead. In any case, just goes to show how stupid people are, lack of basic math skills and all.
According to @Yinko's post here, Yes, it's apparently true, because, guess what, a lot of Americans are dumb, unfortunately! Should have offered them 1/5 of a pound of meat instead of 1/3 and stupid Americans would have guzzled it up!

Well, on the one hand, their approach to enslavement was more or less colorblind, as the meme points out.
But on the other, enslaving everyone regardless of skin color or ethnicity is still a shit alternative to race-based slavery, so… 🤷♂️

Fun fact, since it was amphibious most of it was naval artillery. There were some very unfortunate Germans who had to artillery duel the USS Texas. Sure, BB-35 was from 1911, but those were still 14 inch guns!
