All of these, but it's actually fairly simple: if she's on Onlyfans she has destroyed any chances of being "exclusive" to a potential partner, because the whole world has already seen her in ways only the person she shares her bed with should. Basically, if everybody can have her "like that", what's the point in pursuing it romantically? You have massive up-front investment for a dubious and not-guaranteed pay-off.

That's probably a little harsh. She seemed to like the idea of going on a date with this guy and was up front about what she did. But you don't need to be a screeching feminist to fall into the trap of thinking broader society's 'you go girl' attitude doesn't have consequences. This is most likely such a case. Media, celebrities, influencers; much of society imprints young women with this idea that they can do whatever they want (which, at the end of the day, they can), but the same forces totally omit the principles of action-reaction, or action-consequence. Yes, you may do an OnlyFans to boost your income and self-esteem. No, this does not mean that people won't take this into account when dealing with you, up to and including them passing on romantic and serious relations with you. It's basically the same system that encourages women to live wild and free, and then has them crash into the wall of reality once their youth and appeal begin to falter. I don't know why, but it's overwhelmingly women that are susceptible to the idea of "you can have it all" when everybody with just two licks of sense inherently understands "no, you really can't".
