Loudoun County School Board Covers Up Sexual Assault by Trans Student, Gets Father Arrested

Going to be honest, I'm honestly surprised I haven't heard of a murder coming from all this... guns are not exactly hard to get in the Old Dominion, we're still a shall issue, open carry state with very few actual restrictions on guns despite the Dems best efforts.

Because if this happened to one of my daughters...
Honestly, the restraint people have shown thus far is starting to become downright terrifying; because it can't last forever, and the longer it does, the more the inevitable backlash will become the stuff of nightmares.

I am pretty sure if this hapoen in my county the school resource officer would have tackled the guy. As in the student.
The ones from my county are known to not be afraid to get physical woth students if they have to.

There would have also probably been school vigilant justice as well. Especially if the kid was transferred to ours from another.

Frankly, the members of that school board should be brought up on charges themselves for being accessories after the fact for attempting to conceal the crime and transferring the student away where he committed yet another assault against someone.
Here's what I suspect happened:

- kid was expelled from the first school
- the 2nd school had to take the kid
- kid's probably been expelled from that school too

Most* public schools don't get to pick and choose the kids they educate, but they can expel the discipline problems.

* The exceptions are mainly schools for kids with special needs (deaf/blind/&c).

CHarges should have been filed and it be known the person was committing sexual assault

Kid should have been in jail/juvenile detention, not a new school.

Charges were filed against the kid. Juvenile cases typically aren't something you can just go look up if you've got a name. Especially if they're still pending.

While this is fair, someone up on charges of rape, especially when you have substantial evidence (rape kit plus multiple first-hand witnesses), shouldn't be wandering freely in the same environment where they committed the crime.

So, to the surprise of nobody, the Washington Post is now slut-shaming the victim.

I mean how did anyone with eyes expect this to end? I remember the complaining about white women voting for Trump. Karens. How white people need to shut up so a minority could speak.
I was talking to a girl who is 23 and she was complaining about white people. I pointed out to her that she is white. That her family is literally from Europe, Spain to be exact.
It pissed her off but when you make these nonsensical tiers that is the result. Fortunately most people are not insane enough to let this go.
I will also say this Board is both lucky and dumb. I know many people who would kill over this being done to their kid.
I expect those families will be filing multimillion dollar lawsuits soon.
The board should just resign. The can’t seriously think they will hold their positions. When little middle class girls are being raped and they are covering it up.

I am impressed, but (disappointingly) not at all surprised. Ostensible victims-advocates and other rightly-aligned folks who are always careful to display the Right Thoughts in matters and who would decry victim-blaming when convenient flip the script when situations politically inconvenient to their opinions emerge.

Also...His defense is he was fumbling for his watch when he 'accidentally' sodomized her? That seems like a hell of a story.

Who even regularly wears a watch these days?

Unless you spend a fair amount of time in places where cell phones are prohibited there's not much point.

These days your watch can double as a phone....and we don't need a super radio tower on the moon to make it work.
