It may amuse you to know that all the technological bases for a Mammoth Tank do in fact exist; the only missing element is that a tank that big would have relatively poor mobility.

It may amuse you to know that all the technological bases for a Mammoth Tank do in fact exist; the only missing element is that a tank that big would have relatively poor mobility.
How about using an oversized LCAC, up armor the thing, the expand the top pic to be the main turret, and the ADATS placed on top of it, and give it the treads.in a narrow drop down profile for when it gets to land.
Make in an amphibious unit to make it a direct naval landing asset as well, while using existing chasis/parts to accomplish it.
Not exactly a Mammoth tank, but would fill nearly the same role and be useful in littoral naval combat as well.
The problem with that concept is making it amphibious sharply limits how well armored it can be.
