Election 2020 Election Fraud: Let's face it, this year will be a shitshow

The Constitution is being eroded as we speak, and has been for a long time; this is not a controversial thing to say. That it is so verboten in your mind that death is the only reasonable response, says a lot more about your desire to bury your head in the sand than it does your commitment in protecting the Constitution from further damage.

And one very important thing to remember, is that if worst comes to worst, the 2nd Amendment is the one that will ultimately matter.
Which is exactly why the Democrats are working so hard to get rid of it. If they ever get total control of the Federal government banning guns would be third on their to do list. Right after gutting election laws and mass amnesty.

There are more privately owned firearms in the US than there are Americans. Good luck with that.

Plus, someone with enough money to retain a rabid pack of lawyers who thinks "'those people' shouldn't have guns" will sic that rabid pack of lawyers on you if you try to take away one of his guns.

That doesn't mean that the Democrats won't try. It would hardly be the first stupid thing they've done without thinking of the consequences.

I mean look at the last 6 years alone, they have weaponized the legal system and deliberately destroyed so many of the legal norms that keeps things civil. They have already been using political terrorism for years now including an attempted assasination of a supreme court justice.

We haven't quite gotten to the point where the GOP establishment realizes their survival is on the line quite yet but after antifa murders a few of their children they will realize what their dealing with,

That already happened with the baseball play assassination attempt. It got little more than a token "Don't do that again!" and everyone memory holed it as fast as possible. The GOP as it stands are bitches wagging their asses so that the demorats can continue to fuck them at the expense of the people that matter.

Jesus fucking christ you people are idiots.

I post something that proves that, no, the constitution is actually getting stronger in terms of enforcement and you instantly start going off on a rant without proof.

Show me where it's being trampled on bitches. Where is it

Again, I think they are saying that because of where they are being held and charged, it is a biased jury and judge from the DC area
That's where the alleged crimes took place so DC courts and juries from that federal district have jurisdiction. This isn't a denial of due process in that regard.

Isn't being denied a trial. While it is being denied a speedy trial, there are enough defendants that such can be justified.
Speedy can also be interpreted to mean "as soon as we can get to it" ... which - with how Congress goes about neglecting to fill Judicial vacancies due to politics - also means "this'll take awhile".
