Evidence they have jack and shit? Should we go back to the hundreds of signed affidavits that if false means jail for every single one? Should we through out who owns dominion? What it was made to do?

But it isn’t “hundreds”, it’s far less than that and the affidavits amount to either “This looked suspicious to me even though I was at a distance” or “So and so told me there was fraud.” Neither of those actually meet any evidentiary standard. They’re not false statements, but that doesn’t mean they are actually evidence. Hell, in the latter case it’s hearsay, which is inadmissible in court. Not to mention several of the people who allegedly said this either denied it or else admitted to just making it up.

And if you think SCOTUS is somehow going to overturn the election results (spoiler alert, they won’t), then you’re out of your mind.

I think it's disputed because President Trump denounced the governor for not allowing an audit, but the governor has in fact called for an audit, and there has already been a hand recount.

If he wants all of those transition funds he's been crying over he needs to report all the ties to hostile foreign agents he has, disqualifying himself from the race. Or lie and don't report them, and get slammed with all the evidence that yes, he does have those ties, and was just trying to cover them up.

With how this "concession" has been harped up by the leftists media, he's in not that great of a place. Most likely I imagine he will ignore it and don't apply for the funds after all, and just make something up about how Trump is obstructing him or something, until he becomes a president without them. Then the point would be moot.

This may be the reason why his campaign is asking for more donation money, they can't touch these transition funds even if they want to with how corrupt Biden is.

Yep. We're a week away from the end of November. We haven't seen any real victory from Trump, just bluster (granted, bluster by some renowned lawyers with good reputations, but still bluster). The more time passes without anything changing, the less I believe they have a serious fighting chance. For now my assumption is that Biden is going to be president. If I'll be pleasantly surprised by Trump's team, so much the better.

Honestly, I keep seeing people say this. That and I am "demoralized."

Really though, who gives a fuck about hope? Fuck hope. As if that matters in any way. Having hope or not isn't going to change the outcome. It just sets you up for disappointment when it doesn't happen.

The outcome looks dismal. Maybe I'm wrong, but it doesn't look good. Having that opinion is not going to change the outcome.

I'm just accepting that now, instead of in a few weeks.

My hopes will not be raised again after that nothingburger of a press conference last week. It seemed good at the time, I got excited... but they didn't really present anything damning enough to change anything.

Just as I won't flail in despair, I will likewise not run victory laps until something major happens. Right now, it's looking like president Biden is our future. That's just where we are.
