Basic rundown, last Friday a Norfolk Southern-owned tanker train carrying highly carcinogenic vinyl chloride derailed in East Palestine Ohio. Due to the risk of an explosion contaminating everything, the company promptly decided to do a 'controlled burn', which in practice meant releasing a toxic death cloud straight out of WW1, permanently poisoning the local farmland and water table.

There is also a regulation that was put in by Obama, and removed by Trump and the GOP thanks to corporate pressure, that required a better braking system on these trains, which could have prevented this derailment from happening.

This isn't a left vs right problem, but a failure by the government, regulations, corporations and everything all around.

Trains and rail in general are pretty much in a terrible place right now. The crews are run on bizarre, long shifts because of staff shortages and low wages. The unions are well entrenched and mostly work to advance the union. A lot of the infrastructure is aging out and would cost more to replace then current shipping costs can cover. It's one more brick in the wall of the incoming economic recession.

I believe it...They've been destroying food processing centers in "accidents" since 2019.

This is a war of extermination on rural America.

Well I hope everyone in that area and downwind of the incident go immediately to a Hospital and get themselves tested. Because I suspect a lot of cancer cases will be popping up in the next few years. And this is also why I am a very big supporter of heavy regulations on certain corporations. Because all corporation like to cut corners to save money. And this is the direct result of cutting corners because of relaxed regulations on Freight Railroad Corporations.

Regulations are not a solution to this kind of problem, enforcement of accountability is.

If the parties responsible for this cannot be forced to pay a fitting price in court, why would a regulatory body be any more able to enforce appropriate accountability?

Ten years ago, I'd have said that this being a deliberate action would've been a conspiracy theory.

Now? I wouldn't be surprised if this had the US government's fingerprints all over it to purposely damage America's food supply.

Your enemy is not the Left or the Right: it's your own goddamn government.

The problem is the regulations that use to be on the books to make sure this type of stuff would be prevented have been chipped away at by the lobbyists of these companies for the better part of 40 years. You can't enforce a law when they have the ear of Congress in getting rid of regulations they don't like. You know like the one for double hulled tanker cars that they fought against tooth and nail.

And this is always the result of a dedicated regulatory body. The #1 concern of every railroad company is making sure that they have influence over that body. Meanwhile Joe citizen won't even have that body on his radar as a concern until something goes horrifically wrong, like now.

The disparity of incentives and priority cannot lead to any other result.

It's going to be less difficult to have the court system in general crack down on destructive behavior, because there is no single industry with massiv eincentive to corrupt them, and the public has a lot more general interest in making sure criminal and civil courts function properly.

How the hell can't you end up being a "conspiracy theorist" with all this stuff happening? Food processing centers burning all over the world. Supposed excess production being destroyed despite sky-high prices and supply chain shortages. Now this. Sorry, if it talks like a duck, quaks like a duck... I never thought I'd end up next to Alex Jones, but reality is just too warped by now.

BREAKING: East Palestine, Ohio Chemicals Making Their Way Through Water to East Coast States

While the Super Bowl and unidentified objects continue to dominate the news cycle, something more influential is going on in East Palestine, Ohio.

Last week, a train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio that led to the release of toxic fumes.

The situation has been tampered down by the media and journalists are even getting arrested for reporting on the matter.

"We basically nuked a town with chemicals so we could get a railroad open," said Sil Caggiano, a hazardous materials specialist.

As public officials try to calm the public, animals are falling sick and dying.

"Out of nowhere, he just started coughing really hard, just shut down, and he had liquid diarrhea and just went very fast," said resident Taylor Holzer while he explained the mortally ill confition of his foxes.

"Smoke and chemicals from the train, that's the only thing that can cause it, because it doesn't just happen out of nowhere," Holzer said. "The chemicals that we're being told are safe in the air, that's definitely not safe for the animals … or people."

The situation gets even more terrifying however now that we know what the chemicals are doing to the water life.

"Hundreds of dead fish found belly up in Leslie Run stream located in East Palestine, Ohio," reported the Citizen Free Press. "Youngstown, Ohio is only 30 miles north and Pittsburgh 1 hour south."

WATCH:

According to Upward News, the dangerous chemicals are making their way as far as West Virginia through the Ohio River.

"Toxic chemicals from the train derailment & explosion in East Palestine have reportedly "contaminated" the Ohio River as far as West Virginia, a water source for over 5 million," they reported. "

"The Ohio River is one of the nation's great natural resources. Over 30 million people, or about ten percent of the U.S. population, live in the Ohio River Basin. With numerous public drinking water intakes and industries, the river provides drinking water to +5,000,000 people."

See the map of potentially impacted states below.

As noted by DC Draino on Twitter, the toxic acid rain cloud has a 200 mile radius however people are only being evacuated in a 1 mile radius from the crash site.

"They only evacuated people in a **1 mile** radius of the Ohio train crash site," he tweeted. "The toxic acid rain cloud has a 200 mile radius (that we know of). Now you know why the media won't talk about this disaster."

This issue just got a lot worse and the Biden admin is nowhere to be seen.

Also just to remind everyone that the freaking Ohio river has been poisoned by this as well. Which supplies about 10% of the USA's drinking water; I'm hearing that's over 5 million people contaminated.

BREAKING: Train Derails in Houston Texas, Hazardous Materials on Board

On Monday afternoon, a train derailed in Houston, Texas.

The development comes after a separate train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio which led to the leak of toxic chemicals.

"Another train derails in Houston, Texas area. Officials claim hazardous materials were on board."

"A train has derailed in the Houston area," Citizens Free Press reported. "Officials report the train was carrying "hazardous materials, prompting Union Pacific to monitor air quality at the site of the crash, according to the Splendora Police Department.""

Check out the footage below:

Check out more details from Houston Public Media below:

A truck driver died and several freight train cars were derailed during a Monday morning collision northeast of Houston.
The crash between an 18-wheeler and Union Pacific train occurred shortly before 7:30 a.m. Monday along Interstate 69/U.S. 59 near its intersection with Fostoria and Midline roads, between the towns of Splendora and Cleveland, according to Lt. Troy Teller of the Splendora Police Department. He said 21 train cars were derailed in the collision and that a hazardous materials team from Union Pacific was on site and monitoring air quality as a precaution.
Union Pacific spokesperson Robynn Tysver confirmed that its hazmat crews were on site, adding that an estimated 100 gallons of diesel fuel was released by the truck involved in the crash.

The factors that led to the crash remained under investigation as of late Monday morning. Teller said there are no railroad crossing arms at the intersection where the collision occurred, just a railway crossing yield sign.
"The 18-wheeler was attempting to cross that section when he made contact with the train," Teller said. "It's undetermined whether the horn was blown or not."

This is a breaking news story. Check back for updates.

Now, could this just be a coincidence? Yes. Do I trust that it is?
Guess the Jab wasn't killing people fast enough for their liking. smh
