I see them as two wings of the same bird. I mean look at Bob Igor his whole handling of Disney was done so that he could kiss up to China enough to get an ambassadorship and then use that as a jumping-off point for his democrat presidential campaign. The Guy took the job as CEO as a jumping-off point for a political career, it also seems funny how many CEOs of these big companies either have close ties to politicians or are former politicians themselves.
True,Big Corpo must use state to reemove competitors.That is why both support socialism.

Sure but I was treating it as a thought experiment and because of that treated the two as separate entities

Some places are putting in call to prayer speakers, that you can't stop because religious discrimination, but it's not religious discrimination to stop church bells from ringing.
Oh the woes of multiculturalism...
No one wants to ask the question as to why the speakers annoy the locals more than the bells used to for ages before, and the anti-discrimination legalism involved would probably not care about the answers anyway as subtlety is not the domain of that politically driven law...
