Actual gameplay footage in the new Darkest Dungeon II: Road to Ruin trailer. Early access begins October 26th, 2021 exclusively on the Epic Games Store... so the rest of us will have to wait until the official release to play it.

Haven't played it.
I've seen Darkest Dungeon's base game for $4 on Steam; $13 for the Complete Edition. I've been tempted to buy it, but never have.
I know Iratus is a similar game, and I've played that. Vambrace: Cold Soul is another Darkest Dungeon ripoff.
If you want something similar but don't want to support Epic, just try Iratus or Vambrace while you're waiting for Darkest Dungeon 2 to come out.
