Croatian Navy ISOT-ed to 1914

The Croatian Navy rules the night. It's ships will be used as command vessels due to radar and radio.
Unarmoured enemy vessels will be very afraid. Once DT torpedos are jury-rigged to them - everything is afraid of the Croat Navy in the dark.
Missiles are a non-renewable asset. UT artillery probably too, although it might be possible to manufacture primitive shells for them (whil will take several months). Later the cannon will have to be replaced by 7cm or 10cm A-H ordnance.
everything actually controlled by the Navy.
So, these gamer changers too?
Caption under piccie says:
Pilatus PC-9 are operationally attached to Croatian Coast Guard for maritime patrol duties
Bombs can be made quite easily. Although here, same as with ordnance, fancier fuses might be tricky.

However, besides harassing Italian coastal shipping and thus putting additional strain on Italian RR, what does Croatian&A-H control of the Adriatic change?

If UT knowledge does not shorten the war, then either Otranto Barrier is never set up or maintaining it will be very costly.

Vlora/Valona is borderline Adriatic - maybe it is captured and help? This prevents the Otranto barrier and probably leads to destruction of Serbian army. Useful as advanced base for U-Boats.

As in other cases - it is the knowledge of the ISOTed dudes which matters most. Will the Heer still be hammered in Galicia? Will it still be hammered in Serbia? Maybe those 14 Pilatus patrol aircraft become a terror-weapon and make the Serbs collapse in 1914? Will Italy join the war? Will patriotic fervor of A-H's freedom loving nations - knowing what WWI brought to them - overwhelm its aggressive imperialist neighbours in the ensuing Struggle For Peace?

Maybe the suspected to be "junk when new" Tegetthoff class goes into the yards for rebuilds immediately (inside a few months from comnissioning or - in the case of Sent Istvan - before)?

It might affect the Isonzo / Soča campaign? Other than that, I cannot think of anything.

Any attempt on their part to do a total naval blockade of Italy? Or would they not have the capacities to do that, especially considering that the British and French Navies are likely to help out the Italian Navy in regards to this?

their knowledge would be most important. Both about WW1,and modern engines and weapons.
Could you imagine A-H army with AK-47,PKM and 120mm mortars in 1916?
Brusiłow offensive would die,and entire Italy would be theirs.

I've already mentioned that ... :)

In less than two years? You are not getting the first two. Not in any meaningful quantity.
Oddly enough the ammo is the least of issues here - just plop a 7g spitzer bullet onto a 6,5x54mm case (which I'm 99% certain is in production in A-H at this time) and you get an intermediate cartridge.
Nevertheless spamming mortars should be possible.

With butterflies and TL derails there will be no Brusilov Offensive in summer 1916 in the Volhynia-Podolia region.
