Your own sartorial choices are far more colorful than my own. The last few articles of clothing that I bought online were a brown waxed 4-pocket belted motorcycle jacket from Walker and Hawkes
Mens Belted Waxed 4 Pocket Motorcycle Waterproof Jacket -
(It's not bad, it's about as cheap as you're going to find in the style. There are some quality control issues like loose threads and poorly-cut liner material, but at less than a hundred bucks delivered across the ocean I can't really complain about having to do a little fixing when I get it. If I want Barbour quality, I've got to pay Barbour prices)

a button-down shirt from Kryptek (Anemos long-sleeve in the dark gray Typhon pattern)
Anemos LS Shirt
(It's a little more 'outdoorsy' in the cut than I'd like - I love the pattern but don't care for the looseness or the fact that there's branding on it, though it's difficult to see as it blends into the pattern printed on the fabric.)

and a pair of black multicam Altama Urban Assault sneakers
Altama Low Urban Assault Shoes | Tactical Boots
(Comfortable, and a lot faster to put on and take off than my last 'nice-casual' shoe purchase, a pair of Thursday Logger boots. I'd like them to be a half-inch longer in the toe - not from a roominess standpoint, but from a style standpoint.)

I'm trying not to buy another pea coat, but I'm very tempted to snag one of these
Swedish Pea Coat, Surplus
while they still have one that will fit me well. At less than a hundred bucks it's SO tempting, even if I don't need it.

Generally, my personal style is what I would describe as 'classic'. Does this article of clothing look like someone would have worn it 50 years ago? How about 40, or 60? The best way to a closet that you'll stay happy with is by buying clothes that may not ever be 'hot', but also never really go 'out'. So the bulk of what I purchase is stuff would be around in some form or another when my parents, maybe even my grandparents, would have been my age.

Most of it has some origin in 'workwear', clothes meant to perform a function (this includes military garments). So jeans, boots, duck canvas, waffle-knit shirts - staples of my wardrobe. The general rule to that is 'Don't try to look like someone actually doing a job', however. So no steel-toes in my casual wear, nothing you might see on a jobsite today, only one piece of camo or military clothing at any one time (and nothing current issue).

Obviously, we all have our own perceptions of how we look and how we want to look, but I think my personal style tends to be 'put together but not fancy'.

Well, when I am in a formal situation I would be like you. But luckily one of the few positive aspects of the Wuhan flu is there even less occasions to wear formal stuff. The latest thing I bought of formal was a red exterior and black interior korean tuxedo.

Head over heels in love :)
Since I got talking with my Ukrainian friend, I've become a bit more conscious of how I look. Her opinion of me is important, plus although I got a job, its fairly informal. I have a ton of printed T-shirts, mainly things like Star Wars, but others like car related, The Ghost of Kiev, The black hole, etc.

Recently though I've picked up a few things..A charity shop had this in new condition

Also, online I bought myself a Fedora, and an Ex-Dutch military trenchcoat.

@Abhorsen didn't take you for one liking watches.

I started to collect them.

If it wasn't for my father's umpteenth lawsuit (this time is against me and my sister) I would have started with some impressive ones (Seiko mostly let's be frank).

I never wear them, and probably won't start, but the video was definitely fun to watch and informative.

I've never been huge on fashion. I wear flip flops all the time, even in 10 degree Farenheit weather.

I wear a lot of Amazon Essential or LL Bean. Polos and Slacks.

Like @Abhorsen I recently bought some combat flip flops, but mainly because they were the cheapest sandals worth a damn on offer. Generally though I wear either Brook's running shoes or Converses. I can run in either, because apparently I'm built different.

I also wear a Timex, no complication, 24 hour watch.

There is, in fact, a standardized *THASF* uniform. Here are instructions on how to steal my look:

Hat: Snapback Trucker Cap (preferably one with some industrial equipment maker's logo on it, or some obscure logo)
Shirt: Orange Plaid Flannel w/Black Sleeveless Fleece Vest (vest can be plain fleece or one of those shitty hunting vests with a gazillion pockets)
Pants: Blue Carhartt Jeans
Shoes: Black or Black/White New Balance Sneakers

Fingerless hobo gloves optional.
