Huh...that'd be hugely impactful for that market. Makes me wonder if they're just dumping Nvidia to release a VidCard under a different name.

Wow, a company literally ditching 78% of its product line because NVidia is a shit to deal with. That's impessive.

Nah, watch the Gamers Nexus video.

The CEO is just burnt out AF from dealing with Nvidia's BS for 22 years.

As far as we know, no. They might have something under NDA with AMD or Intel(ha!) but for now we have to assume they aren't.

Ayup. Remember the dying GPU issue with Turing? That was on nvidia and yet... they didn't admit fault, shifting blame onto AIBs like EVGA.

The nvidia GTC announcements were shiiiiiiiiit.
Yup.

Here's hoping the RDNA 3 announcement is more of a positive announcement, even though most of the affordable cards probably aren't getting announced until CES.

Where there's a will, there's a way!

They'd need to reduce max power draw to 300w to maybe match(it could still be faster there) the pure raster performance of the 4090 and we know from driver commits that they're actually raising it from 320w to 375w. Though admittedly that's just from their statement of an over 50% performance per watt gain, which is the same claim they made for RDNA2 and that turned out to be accurate to overall perf gains(65% performance per watt+33% more power=119% more performance, which tracks with the 5700xt vs 6900xt results).
