China won't be reasonable and let go of zero Covid. It's not really a possibility to Xi, it would mean admitting a mistake and letting go of a perfect tool of control.

Heard rumors that Russia is going to copy China's QR code system purely for the totalitarian control benefits in near future.
May well be the reason why China has no intention of letting this totalitarian ruler's dream tool fall out of use either.

The army has already received deployment orders, they received them on the second day. They were told to make a show of force; it failed. They received orders for full mobilization soon after but to do it quietly so as not to project weakness to the world.

They are having logistics problems because the stupid lockdown rules apply to them too. Xi's stupidity is getting in the way of mobilization and transportation of food and ammo to the troops. Lol. They're having the same problem Russia has with mobilization. The generals sold the supplies and equipment to buy mansions and super yachts.
