I think RAZ will become a “Saint” or Cult Leader if he’s not arrested

Actually, if he’s arrested, he’ll become a “Saint” either way and would probably take over part of a prison through influence, if he doesn’t end up fighting someone strong

Except, I don't think they're about the workers so much anymore in-terms of propaganda

Real simple. Despite early radicalism up to the FDR administration, once the working rural classes got paid enough that they could afford a simple 3 bedroom home with a couple of kids on a single wage earner's take home pay, they considered themselves middle class. That was their definition of being middle class at least. So culturally, this working "middle class" associated the 'follow the rules, pay your taxes, do a day's work for a day's pay, etc' with what the Republican party espoused. Especially since at the time, a great many of the urban centers were Democratic strongholds and suffered a whole host of social ills like drugs, crime and single-parent households. So culturally, Republicans got associated with positive cultural traits while the Democratic party got associated with what looked like a lot of cultural traits that held negative results for people's lives.

The Democratic party also did a long march into Academia while abandoning the blue collar voters that had been their historical strength. Because deindustrialization of the economy and other globalization pressures like the rise of finance meant that the rural blue collar voters were a dead-end block and couldn't provide the funding.

Then you add the progression of Political Correctness to Wokeness, and the attitude that dismissed the rural voters as 'Deplorables', and those voters know that the Republicans do not have their economic interests at heart, but the Republicans do not actively despise them.

I guess plenty of those working class & rural types look at the PC-WOKE crowd and absolutely REFUSE to associate with them and are horrified by weird fads like TransTrenderism and Political Lesbianism

Or simply put, an obsession with being “morally superior” to the average person or “Nazi” to the point even fun cannot be “fun” if some weirdo has his/her/zhe’s say

Hmmm I wonder if said rural areas could in theory elect a third political party into Congress with say 3 or 4 senators and a dozen or so Representatives

Third Political Party will be declared a bunch of Nazi’s and the excuse to finally punch those Nazi-Rurals to death has finally arrived

If only they didn’t have guns so they could be punched to death

That aside, they may need extra numbers to do it

Easily in theory, very hard in practice. All it takes to get a third party is to put a name on the ballot and vote them in. In practice though, the established parties have an unfair advantage in that they don't require a stated platform to draw in votes, they only need their reputation. A new party would somehow have to create a platform that attracted a wide base of support, and that's really hard.

In Washington state there was a change to the primary system so that only the Top Two vote getting candidates proceed to the General Election. Thus the only third parties that have been successful have been the result of strategic campaigning with the Democratic party to keep the Republicans from flipping key suburban districts that may lean Republican in normal times.
That sounds like a law that deserves a federal lawsuit

Sadly, Idaho especially the non-desert parts in the panhandle, have been receiving a steady influx of Californians selling out and fleeing north to spread that special Californian wokeness. The Aryan Nations got bankrupted and lost their compound, and turned into such a clown show they got nicked named the 'Sturmpoopers'.
Seems like an exaggeration. Newcomers are being reported as 55% Republican in surveys.
That business with the Aryan nation though, sounds outrageous.

Personally I don’t trust any overtures from the left at all.

Or appeals to our kinder nature. The guardian had an article where some counter protester was carried by BLM rioters in London.

The implication of this sort of article-(implicit moral superiority) is quite obvious.

Frankly I would still hate Antifa even if one of them saved my life.

If some one puts your life in danger gravly injures you and then decides not to go through with killing you when you have done nothing to them do you really owe them anything?

Not sure if legit, but if Raz has had a...'moment of clarity' and realized the monster he's part of, maybe there's still hope for some of the Left.

My bet is that he's trying to get himself out of the hole he's dug for himself without winding up in jail. As is people are already going over his history and wondering aloud if he's a criminal of some variety and for added bonus there's been several shootings in his area, which he'd potentially handed the guns to.

I like to see it as one of the people who is actually there with good intentions having the guts to act them out.

Because some of these people do have good intentions. Just because the riots are controlled by those who don't, doesn't mean we should forget that there are some ignorant idealists out there.

The ignorance is frustrating at this point, but such people are a hell of a lot better than Antifa and the like.
