Do they not? [have a voice in the House and Senate]
They do not. They have no Senate representation of any kind, and they have a pseudo-member of the House who is not able to vote on bills. Ditto Puerto Rico, whose representative caucuses with Republicans if I recall correctly (and is chairperson of the Republican Party of Puerto Rico).
Given what happened in 2020, it honestly wouldn't matter how PR and DC actually do vote, because it's taken as enough of a given that election fraud would have the same built-in excuse as in the counties it took place in this last election.
Well then there's no problem on that front with letting them into the Union. :)

Do they not? Also, just being "ordinary people" is meaningless. Members of antifa and BLM are "ordinary people," too.
I realize this may be controversial here, but I am perfectly fine with antifa and BLM voting for whoever they like, just as I am fine with literal "Gas the jews" white nationalists voting. I am not fine with them committing violent actions, but that is an entirely different matter.

I mean, for someone who's so worried about Dems stuffing the ballots, you seem perfectly convinced that it's fine to just flagrantly deny them the right to vote just because your stance has a touch of legality behind it.

Moooo.

I'm just going to embrace my generation's oppositional defiance instead of the apathy here. Hard to fit more meat in so I guess it's time to focus more on eating beef than pork and chicken.

This is absolutely insane; it's just plain unenforceable. More importantly, it won't actually do anything to help the environment, and will actually hurt it:

All we'd end up doing is burning more forests down, so that we can use the land to plant more soybeans and corn, and creating vast amounts of plant-based waste that will end up in landfills, instead of the bellies of livestock.

I have to wonder how McDonald's and their ilk feel about people eating only one hamburger per month.

Either way this is just crazy. To quote John Wayne, "God made that country for buffalo, serves pretty well for cattle, but it hates the plow." The land served bison herds so vast they stretched horizon to horizon, it's entire ecosystem is built around massive herds of ruminants, and if those bison didn't destroy the environment cattle won't either. Converting it into anything but herd lands will be a catastrophe.

The last time they tried to convert the great plains into farming instead of cattle lands we got the dust bowl, not a bellringer for environmentally friendly land use.

This is... horrifying in a way I find hard to put into words.

Both sides of my family raise cattle and chickens, and I grew up eating beef and chicken often. In addition to the calves we'd send to auction, we'd butcher one for ourselves every once and a while. We had a freezer filled with meat from our own ranch.

The idea of beef being a luxury good rarer than cigarettes or alcohol is frustrating, and I'm not even eating as much beef as I used to when I was still a kid.

Now, Having said that...

I read the article, and that linked to a US Sun article for the beef thing, which linked to a daily mail article, which stated that 'experts agreed' that for Biden to reach his carbon emission goal, the restriction on beef would be one of the things necessary.

So at the moment, Biden has just stated a goal. And while the beef thing may be a part of reaching that goal, he/his team hasn't actually said that yet.

The author needs to hook me up with her dealer cause she's clearly huffing some good shit. Contrary to her claims, Joe hasn't been moved left on anything. Where's the universal healthcare? Where's the $15 minimum wage? Why was the afghan withdrawal delayed 5 months? Why are the detention facilities being expanded? People are still losing their land to make way for the border wall. This article really exposes the deluded nature of left-bidenist thought.

What's funny is that no amount of probable slanting in favor of old Joe could hide the truth evident in more accurate statistic that 51% of people surveyed felt depressed. Note how the writer accidentally shot themselves in the foot by including the fact that people were feeling that way in just the past two weeks. But I thought we were supposed to be beaming with optimism 3 months into Joe's term? If it were just people feeling like trash over the past year, even the past 6 months, I'd buy the big lie being sold here. But that "last two weeks" part gives the game away. How do you square away this mirage of most young people being "hopeful" for the nation yet also being as likely as a coin toss to feel like life isn't worth the effort? You fucking can't!
Incredibly enough, if you look at the breakdown of psychiatric troubles and check the political section you'll find something shocking: the least troubled group according to this poll are young republicans. Countless hours spent panicking about the "Trump cult" and yet it's young democrats that feel more tired, depressed, and hopeless by varying margins despite their guy being in the white house. Doubtlessly the wiser people here can better wrap their heads around this.

They were fed propaganda for four-five years (it goes back further than this but I'm talking Trump right now,) about how the evil orange man is the root of all their problems, and how terrible he is, despite the fact that the country was doing really well under him.

Doesnt matter. Orange man bad, you have problems because of the evil orange man, and if the evil orange man wasn't in office your problems (that predated him, don't worry about that) will go away.

Joe Biden was to be their savior. Just like how when Trump was elected, people were in all seriousness predicting a complete collapse of the country within a few months, they were expecting Biden to come and make it all better that fast.

Biden was elected. Science is back! Empathy is back! The US is back to normal! Diplomacy and foreign relations are back, (if you ignore all the good trump did there and how historically awful Biden is as this stuff.) He is going to make everything better. He's the answer to all of our problems.

But then Biden comes in and does exactly what he's been doing for the last 40 years..which is..not much. And of what he does do, not much that helps anything.

So here these people are in the same situations they've been in for the last half a decade or more, and Biden didn't fix it, and in some cases made things worse. Biden doesn't look to be on a path towards fixing it, either.

And maybe, just maybe, they're realizing that the whole media telling them how amazing Biden is and how everything is getting better...just isn't Actually true.

*explicative deleted* I wish I could just expect things to not get worse under Biden and pals. Honestly, I can't expect that from either party, so I suppose it's unfair for me to put that on Biden but honestly, he's the one that "won" the election and the old buck stops there as the old saying goes. I can't wait to see what war we will eventually get and who next gets to be unemployed and what rights are trammeled next. Will we ever finish the trade deals we were setting up? Will we pack the Supreme Court? Will we ever leave Afghanistan? Find out on the next episode of Soap...

Sadly, of those who legitimately supported Biden, most of them just aren't paying attention anymore. The playoffs ended months ago, and only the fanatics care about what their team gets up to during the off-season.

That's not how it will work.

In reality 99% of the population will get 0 beef a year while 1% will not change how much they eat.

My favorite response so far, "That's just an editorial, here's this two month old article saying something completely different isn't true".

Though to be fair, most of the salt seems to be coming from commies who are mad he isn't commie enough for them. The idea that Trump wasn't literally a fascist will never occur to them. They were told orange man was bad, and they just believe it for some reason.
