Battle.net, broken as hell.

Head over heels in love :)
I fancied getting the Modern Warfare 2 remastered edition off Battlenet and so installed it on my system. However, things have not went to plan. I was asked to verify my account and given the choice of using the authenticator or a text to my mobile. However, the mobile is my old phone. I tried numerous ways, and Battlenets wonderfully great tech posts say you can change your phone number by logging into your account. Which I can't do...due to authentication issues.

I contacted them, and they said to provide photographic proof of ID (Yeh, right, that's not going to happen), and to click a link to update my ticket, which leads to a login page you can't access.....wonderful.

So, I reluctantly download the authenticator, try to set it up and it says to enter a code...which never appeared. Anyone else have this problem, anyone know a solution?

Honestly, if you want to retrieve details the simple way would be accessible through email, but the Battle.net system seems to lead you in a never ending spiral of frustration.

I got it sorted by reluctantly giving a photo of my driving licence, but honestly, if you even want to update a ticket you have to log in, which if you can't, breaks the whole process.

This meant I had to submit three tickets in total before it was finally fixed.
