Here is another naked female statue from Italy:

Wellsian Tripod New
A clay statuette I sculpted in an attempt to simultaneously fulfill two separate creature sculpting internet challenges, designing my own take on a classical monster and designing a creature based off misinterpreting the skull of an animal.

Anyway, it's a Martian Tripod from H G Wells' 1898 classic.

I tried to get all the details as described. Three legs with visible jointing, bonelessly flexible tentacular arms one of which holds the Heat-Ray projector and a head which serves as the cockpit for the actual octopoid Martian Pilot. My own touches being having three arms, two at the front and one at the back to match the legs and making the Heat-Ray projector apparatus mounted on the rearmost arm like a scorpion's tail to maximize the potential field of fire.

As for the animal-skull basis, it's modeled off an elephant. The skull's tusks have became the tripod's two forward-mounted tentacles, the skull's nasal cavity the separation between the tripod's head and torso and skull's eye sockets, the pelvis joints of the tripod's legs.
