It is a testament to Ukrainian Courage that they remain willing to slug it out, but this war is lost for them.



Since Russia will win the war, they will be doing the Trials, Western Accusations and Protestations be damned and largely irrelevant.



As this war ends, the entire OSINT community will be largely discredited along with the Western Intelligence Agencies. It will be clear Ukraine committed a massive number of warcrimes against the civilian population of Ukraine to hinder Russian Operations.

Even if the west was responsible for the 2014 coup, which has never been proven to a reasonable degree, that's irrelevant on two counts. First, it wasn't your country they couped, so I don't see how you have grounds to be offended. Secondly, that government is out of power anyway, and Zelensky was legitimate elected.
