No,you would send carriers with enough planes to prevent that.Few Neptune missiles would not save Ukraine.

But,if Ukraine would get weapons from not only Moscov and Belarus,but also Poland and Hungary,and USA do not bomb those countries,then they would win on battlefield,take Kiev,but eventually must run anyway.

Outside of some land swap between Russia and the USA, it would be utterly impossible for the USA to have access to Ukraine without the US widening the war immediately by wholesale violating everyone's airspace + Gallipoli 2022 or heck even crossing into the Mediterranean if Spain + Morocco + UK tell em to fk off with any warships.

But assuming a magical land swap, Ukraine is pretty doomed pretty quickly if Desert Storm / OIF are anything to go by. Their air defenses and air force get obliterated in the first hours, any CV task force in the Black Sea will be at full readiness and alert rather than the poor Moskva with all its ASM defenses either broken or otherwise turned off. Armored units would be properly supported by air and infantry and Ukraine would be facing HIMARS and etc. from the other side. It would be very improbable that the rest of the world could unpack and ship enough equipment to Ukraine in time to stem the tide.

'Ukraine' would probably eventually 'win' such a conflict the same way the Taliban and etc. did, by inflicting a few thousand killed buy many, MANY more wounded through asymmetric warfare which would quickly sour much of the determination the US public has since we're obviously unwelcome and no one really cares once the 'main grievances' are satisfied i.e. Mirror Universe Zelinsky is fished out of his spider hole / taken out by SEAL Team 6 or whatever.

I don't know what mythological definition of "aggression" are you using here, but it's Russian forces attacking the internationally recognized territory of another sovereign state, *and annexing it*, just in case some very naive western people might get it confused with some kind of peacekeeping mission or something other "just like America did".
