Saint Peter Chapels Funeral Home
Quezon City, Philippines

Representing the De Leon family, Yvonne Marquez (they were 14 siblings overall: five sons & nine daughters) arrived at the Saint Peter Chapels Funeral Home to working out last-minute details with Beatrice Gutierrez. Yvonne decided to leave Vicky's embalmed body as it is: naked & skinless; Beatrice escorted Yvonne to the large private room where the bronze copper casket containing Vicky's body was laid out, which was later opened. Yvonne wanted some time alone, which Beatrice obliged & went back to her office across the hall. "I cannot believe my sister is gone in such a horrible, violent & grisly way. Why would somebody do this to her ? What did she do to anyone ?"

None of this made any sense to Yvonne. In her mind, Vicky was a feisty, spunky yet personable person to get along with. After caressing Vicky's body, Yvonne kissed her forehead saying goodbye before Beatrice walked back inside & helped closed the casket, sealing it shut with a special crank.

Chapter 4: Eyewitness Testimony to the Roberts Commission
Philippine President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco "Noynoy" Aquino, III

October 13th, 2013: Philippine President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco "Noynoy" Aquino, III congratulating Miss World 2013 Megan Young during
Courtesy Call at Malacanang Palace.

"It was supposed to be one of the most spectacular and special days highlighting the alliance between the United States of America and the Republic of the Philippines. Just several HRS before the arrival of President Obama, both of our respective countries had signed the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA), one of the military deals that would give American troops wider access to military bases here. The new agreement, signed in by Philippine National Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin and US Ambassador to the Philippines Phil Goldberg.

This represented a new era in defense ties, allowing more of the high-profile war games that are regularly conducted by the longtime allies and for some US military hardware to be stationed on Filipino soil. On that particular Monday of April 28th, I was in my office working on some last-minute updates to the speech I was planning on making for the upcoming joint press conference at the President's Hall inside Malacanang Palace following the planned bilateral meeting, which was scheduled to occur at the Aguinaldo State Dining Room as well as the one-on-one meeting inside the Music Room, now all of this was originally planned to occur following the Arrival Honors festivities.

At 2:00 PM PHST, I greeted President Obama, who arrived on the Malacanang Palace Grounds in front of the Bonifacio Hall and afterwards, we walked inside for a few minutes before emerging outside to begin the Welcoming Honors Ceremony, which began with a 21 Cannon Salute. The National Anthems of the United States ("Star-Spangled Banner") and the Philippine National Anthem ("Lupang Hiriang") were performed respectively by the PSG Marching Band. Once that was finished, it was time to start the Honor Guard Inspection as I accompanied President Obama to review the troops.

It was 2:30 PM PHST when we were towards the Philippine and American flags, when I heard a weird blast, which sounded like either an automobile backfiring or someone accidentally firing one of the cannons. However, I soon turned to see President Obama clutching his chest before he fell down, now I can see he had been hit. All of a sudden, I felt a sharp pain in my left side, then looking down to see a pool of blood. Now by then, I had realized that I too, had been hit by gunfire and fell face first on the red carpet; I heard more gunshots ringing out, which several people in the crowd including some of the dignitaries were also hit by gunfire as well as some members of the AFP Honor Guard, PSG Marching Band, etc., Afterwards, members of the Presidential Security Group and the United States Secret Service agents ran towards us, putting us both into the presidential limousine, which immediately sped off all the way to Makati Medical Center in Makati City.

Upon arriving at Makati Medical Center, the Presidential Security Group, US Secret Service including the Philippine National Police and law enforcement agencies quickly locked down the entire hospital including the surrounding areas. I was rushed to a separate operating room, where I was operated on for I am not sure how long because I was unconscious due to the loss of blood from the gunshots wounds I had sustained. My sister, Ballsy told me three days later that President Obama had died, I was shocked and saddened; during the duration over the course of the past few days, I had remained at Makati Medical Center for the remainder of the entire week until the doctors believed it was Ok for me to return to Bahay Pangarap. By the time I arrived back on the Malacanang Palace Grounds on May 16th, the entire Palace grounds were on aggressive lockdown with heavy security surrounding the many buildings as well as lots of security metal detectors inside Malacanang Palace."

Brown
12:57 PM PST, Wednesday, June 25th, 2014
CA Governor's Mansion, Sacramento, CA
ratio3x2_1800.jpg

Campaigning for an unprecedented fourth full term in the CA Governor's Mansion, CA Governor Jerry Brown (D) had been regarded as someone, who had defied the political experts, analysts & so-called political talk show hosts over the years. Coming back from the political dead after devastating defeats: 1982 CA US Senate contest against then-San Diego Mayor (later CA Governor) Pete Wilson (R) & losing a nasty campaign for the 1992 Democratic Presidential nomination to then-AR Governor (later President) Bill Clinton (D) in what everyone agreed was one of the most nastiest, ugliest & bitter campaigns in American history.

Somewhere in between, Brown had served as a stint as Chairman of the CA Democratic Party from 1989 to 1991, where under his watch, he was criticized by many CA Dems for the lack of aggressiveness & lack of GOTV drives across the Golden State that resulted in Wilson defeating Feinstein in the 1990 CA Gubernatorial election (Wilson benefited from the CA GOP's GOTV drives & absentee votes). Many were then perplexed, when Brown abruptly resigned his post to launch another campaign for the United States Senate in 1992 when United States Senator Peter Hayward (D-CA) announced he wouldn't be seeking reelection to a 3rd full term. However, this Senate campaign didn't last long as Brown dropped out to do another presidential campaign (as noted earlier).

After losing the nomination to Clinton, Brown faded from the political scene & moved to Oakland, CA: doing a radio show for several years, even hosted some of his shows at the Jerry Brown Presidential Center on the campus of Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA (which the library was opened sometime around 1984).

However, he was still addicted to politics & intrigued to continue serving the people of CA in any capacity available. Brown announced he would be a candidate for Mayor of Oakland in the 1998 elections: running as an Independent candidate, "having left the Democratic Party, blasting what he called the deeply-corrupted two-party system." He won in a landslide victory with 59% of the citywide vote in a field of ten candidates. He was easily reelected in 2002 with 63% of the citywide vote, serving as the 47th Mayor of Oakland from January 4th, 1999 to January 8th, 2007.

Not to be outdone with being considered quirky or politically pragmatic, Brown managed to turn around the City of Oakland with tough zero-based budgeting approaches, getting tough on crime, he was also friendly with the business community who invested in downtown Oakland & other parts of the city, improving the city's image during his eight years in office. In 2006, Brown caught the statewide bug again & was easily elected CA State Attorney General that year with 56% of the statewide vote, which some theorized, he would be using the Golden State's Chief Law Enforcement Officer post as a stepping stone to the Governor's Mansion.

Following the recall of then-CA Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger (R) in the Fall of 2007, Brown was elected to a 2nd non-consecutive term in a field of 38 candidates with 57% of the statewide vote & took office on October 28th, 2007. He was then reelected to a 3rd full term in 2010 defeating former EBAY CEO Meg Whitman (R) by a margin of (53% to 41%) in a nationally-watched contest, Brown was inaugurated on January 3rd, 2011 at the War Memorial Auditorium in Sacramento.

It was an estimated 3,000 packing the Tarlac State University Gymnasium on the campus of Tarlac State University. Philippine National Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin was in attendance as it was heavily guarded by the Presidential Security Group, Philippine National Police, etc.,
Readers included members of the De Leon family, two of her five daughters; Philippine National Police Chief Alan Purisima; DILG Secretary Mar Roxas; Senators Bam Aquino & Franklin Drilon; Congresswoman Risa Hontiveros; Gazmin delivered the eulogy. Following musical selections from the Tarlac State University Marching Band & eulogies highlighting Vicky's military service in the Philippine Marine Corps & law enforcement service including several personal reflections from Vicky's family members, high school classmates, PNP colleagues & others, it was time for the Departure Honors festivities outside the Tarlac State University Gymnasium following the funeral service.

Outside on the grounds of Tarlac State University Gymnasium, there was a Cannon Salute by the Field Regiment of the Philippine Marine Corps as full military honors were rendered for Vicky. The Philippine flag, which covered Vicky's casket was folded, handed to Secretary Gazmin, who then presented the flag to the De Leon family.

Soon afterwards, a three-gun volley salute by the Philippine National Police was fired followed by the wonderful sounds of "Taps". Once the Depature Honors festivities was finished, Vicky's casket was placed in the hearse from Saint Peter Chapels Funeral Home which was escorted by four PNP motorcyclists all the way to the nearest airport (where Vicky's casket was placed in a private plane) that flew all the way to Naga City, where later in the evening, Vicky was cremated in a private ceremony at the Naga Imperial Crematory & Columbary in Naga City.

Eyewitness Accounts: Phyllis Sotto
Monday, June 30th, 2014
Somewhere in Metro Manila, Philippines

I was standing amongst the crowd on the grounds of Malacanang Palace on the fateful Monday afternoon, April 28th, 2014. I was with three of my kids, who were holding Philippine and American flags, while my middle daughter was taking pictures with her favorite camera. It was mildly hot, so some of us in the crowd had to get some bottles of water and wearing some hats to avoid sweating.

At 1:32 PM PHST, I noticed a group of PNP officers, who were mingling around the crowd for some reason. Not sure why they were doing that, but I had assumed it was to do security checkpoints in making sure nothing goes haywire during the Welcoming Honors Ceremony for US President Barack Obama at Malacanang. Following one of the security checkpoints, I along with my three daughters went to the awaiting group of well-wishers holding Philippine and American flags, which was to occur after the Honor Guard Inspection part of the Welcoming Honors festivities, where President Obama and President Aquino, III were supposed to be greeting the well-wishers.

Around 2:00 PM PHST, the Welcoming Honors Ceremony began with the 21 Cannon Salute followed by the National Anthems of the United States and the Philippines; soon afterwards, it was time for the Honor Guard Inspection of the military troops, where both President Obama and President Aquino, III stepped off the platform. During this time, I had been distracted by blinding lights for just a few minutes, so I grabbed my sunglasses because of the distracting lights were blinding me and everyone else in the crowd. As soon as they walked past the Presidential Security Group Marching Band, I heard a loud sound which I had assumed one of the cannons were accidentally fired, then seconds later: I heard additional loud cracking sounds which turned out to be gunshots. To the shock of my face, I watched in horror as President Obama clutched his chest falling on one knee after getting hit by gunfire; then saw President Aquino, III getting shot before watching the horrific sight of President Obama's rightside of the back of his head getting blasted out with a violent headshot. Then all of a sudden, I saw a group of people opening fire anyone in sight via sub-machine gunfire.

Eyewitness Accounts: PNP Quezon City Police Chief Octavio Gutierrez
Monday, July 7th, 2014
Somewhere at PNP Academy

My name is Octavio Gutierrez & I am the Police Chief of the Quezon City PNP Police Department. On the 28th of April 2014, I was doing security checkpoints on the grounds of Malacanang Palace on well-wishers, using electric machine scanners by making sure nothing was suspicious.

It was 2:00 PM PHST when US President Barack Obama exited the presidential limousine & was greeted by Philippine President Benigno Aquino, III. They entered Bonaficio Hall for several minutes; around 12 minutes later, they exited & walked toward the platform as the Welcoming Honors Ceremony festivities began with a resounding 21 Cannon Salute including the respective national anthems of the United States & the Philippines being performed by the Presidential Security Group Marching Band.

I was a little bit distracted as I noticed something shining at the corner of my eye, thinking to myself "Now what in the world is that ?" as I was curious to seeing why that large shining light was attracting my attention. I wasn't the only one distracted by the shining light distraction....

All of a sudden, I noticed something large hunched over on the other side of the grounds of Malacanang Palace as I noticed something large & pointy sticking out. Before I realized it, I tried to get attention of the PSG & US Secret Service yelling "Now wait a minute! Wait a minute!" before the loud thundering firecracking sounds rang out....

Jessica's Escape
12:45 AM PHST, Tuesday, July 8th, 2014
Somewhere in Burgos, Philippines

[Part I]: It was the early HRS of Tuesday morning, July 8th. Jessica was still inside her underground dungeon at the heavily-secluded resort in the outskirts of Burgos "I have to find a way to get out of this Hell hole immediately, but waiting for the right time to make a quiet run for it" Jessica calmly said to herself.

It was 12:45 AM PHST & Jessica was writing on the 17th chapter of her long diary of what she had been going through for the past several months & possibly the last 3 1/2 years.

Here's some of Jessica's personal thoughts:
"I was asleep for about six HRS & I felt this constant need to do something, it had been awhile since I quietly witnessed the horrific & grisly end of my cousin, Vicky at the hands of Aliyah Imperial. Since then, I had been having trouble sleeping due to my running to the bathroom & vomiting so badly which stopped after several weeks.

Fast forward to late Monday night of July 7th, I heard nothing upstairs; I hadn't heard anything upstairs for the past several weeks (Aliyah was in Japan plotting her next mission with the Secret Task Force: more on that later this week), so assuming the ghost was clear, I decided to start the first phase of my escape: after tinkering with the sidewall of my underground dungeon, I easily slipped out by sneaking all the way towards a large hallway which I was at first scared that I would get caught, but I didn't see any cameras.

Next, I slowly walked downstairs which led toward a super-large room & then I noticed a large clear tank of water. Needing to get closer, but couldn't help myself because I was distracted by something at the corner of my eye, so after about five minutes or so, I decided to check out what was distracting me: turns out I wasn't the only one being held prisoner....."

More of Jessica's escape
1:00 AM PHST, Wednesday, July 9th, 2014
Somewhere in Burgos, Philippines

[Part II]: It was 1:00 AM PHST & I soon noticed Miriam Quinones (the love of my life) was inside some weird-looking tank: she was naked, barefoot as I noticed her appearance was very different..... turned out Aliyah had thoroughly removed Miriam's entire skin from head to toe during a torture session one night.

As I was helping Miriam out of the tank, she tried to tell me something "There is a danger..." she kept repeating it more than five times in a gasping voice. I calmed Miriam down as I continued helping her out of the tank eventually quietly walking out of the mysterious dungeon. We then snuck into another part of the hidden underground room which looked like an extra large fortress.

By 1:47 AM PHST: I escorted Miriam into a room where I told her "Ok, stay right there I'll be back in several minutes depending on the situation..." I calmly walked into the closet of one abandoned bedroom, where I opened the double-closet & noticed some latex skinsuits; picking one that slightly resembled Miriam's appearance, I came back into the room, placed on the bed & managed to help Miriam into the open-aired private underground pool where she swam into a deep backdoor underneath. I soon followed suit, where we stayed in an undisclosed underground hidden room until later on that evening.

Later at 7:00 PM PHST: Miriam & I swam out of the underground pool: where I helped Miriam out of the pool & helped her into another room, where she went over to the bathroom & took a shower. Next, I went back across the hall & took a long hot shower, which lasted 20-36 minutes: I heard some noises, so I hoped out of the shower naked & barefoot: walking out of the open-aired shower-room to see what was going on.... After several minutes, I went back into the open-aired shower-room & grabbed a towel to dry off before waiting it out in the dungeon with Miriam as we both snuck into another room.....

Japanese Emperor Akihito & members of the Imperial Japanese Royal Family greeting well-wishers at the East Plaza just minutes before tragedy strikes....
It was so innocent on the early morning HRS of July 10th, 2014. Earlier in the day, members of the Imperial Japanese Royal Family had breakfast & Emperor Akihito was making plans on his busy schedule including delivering a speech before a crowd of well-wishers at the East Plaza on the Palace Grounds later in the day. Meanwhile across downtown Tokyo, members of the Secret Task Force got their weapons out; disguised as butlers, maids (some of the STF members were mixed of Japanese & Filipino descent which easily got them to blending in within the Japanese people) while mingling with the Palace staff.

Aliyah, on the other hand, had the perfect view (where several months earlier, disguised as one of the construction workers "working on repairing stuff", she & several Secret Task Force members removed the bullet-proof glass & replaced it with a fake one. In her eyes, she viewed this mission as the most important including taking great pleasure of seeing Japan fall on her knees & putting the Monarchy in their place by any means necessary.

At 10:00 AM JST: Members of the Diplomatic Corps arrived at the Chowaden Reception Hall, where they were escorted to an awaiting reception room greeting each member of the Imperial Japanese Royal Family in private with no cameras or televised segments. About 16 minutes later, members of the National Police Agency began scanning the well-wishers who had arrived for this important festivity, in order to make sure nobody was carrying any weapons.

10:51 AM JST: Members of the Secret Task Force were hiding inside the bushes of the Imperial Palace grounds. Louise Loygaza from Davao City, Philippines, was disguised as a Philippine Consulate official, watching the festivities from inside one of the private offices, pretending to be chatting with unsuspecting foreign diplomats, while she was patiently looking at the clock (the attack was scheduled to take place at 11:40 AM JST).....

Watching the festivities from her suburban Tokyo residence, Aliyah (who was naked & barefoot) got up from the couch & walked over to the closet of where she had her sniper, took it out & placed it on the chair "It's time to do this. Nothing personal, just business!" Overhearing the TV coverage, she watched as members of the Imperial Japanese Royal Family walked up towards the balcony of the East Plaza as the crowd began cheering, waving Japanese flags as the festivities were being broadcast live on national TV.

11:25 AM JST: Louise paced herself sitting at the desk, watching the clock ticking to the exact moment "This can't be right. These are dignified, humble people. They've got families, children, grandchildren....." Louise began sweating a little bit out of control. Outside, the rest of the STF members had their weapons at the ready.

Emperor Akihito was delivering his speech, which lasted for about nearly 40 minutes when he got to the words: "Japan has survived many crises in previous years. We've overcome tragedies, overcome natural disasters such as the devastating earthquake less than three years ago. We've also been able to overcome an economic crisis which has impacted many parts of the world. I strongly believe that the Japanese people will be also to overcoming many of the challeng...." It was 11:40 AM JST when Aliyah aimed her sniper (which included a silencer) at the target & opened fire: BANG! BANG! BANG!

It was dead silent amongst the crowd as Crown Prince Naruhito turned to see his father gargling blood as he tried to gasp for air, falling to the floor.... then before anyone else could react, BANG! BANG!: Empress Michiko was struck, falling backwards killing her almost instantly!

Then, members of the National Police Agency grabbed the remaining Royals to awaiting vehicles as the televised broadcasting was interrupted with a sign-off screen & the Japanese flag in the foreground; Soon afterwards, Louise pulled out her weapon at some of the foreign diplomats, shooting three of them to death before leaving the private office. She raced towards an automobile & sped off (after killing some of the security guards who attempted to stop her). Just as that was going on, the rest of the Secret Task Force opened fire on the crowd via machine-gun: many of the well-wishers were running for cover, some were screaming hysterically while they were running for their lives; several National Police Agency agents were struck & killed by the ensuing gunfire as they tried to return fire at the shooters.

Phase 1 was finished: Emperor Akihito & Empress Michiko were dead.

Now it was time for Phase 2: Group of mercenaries (who were paid millions by the Secret Task Force & other dangerous people) violently ambushed the following Royals, who were trying to flee from danger: Crown Prince Naruhito, Crown Princess Masako including their only child, Princess Aiko; Sayako Kuroda, formerly Sayako, Princess Nori & her husband, Yoshiki Kuroda; Prince Fuhimito, Prince Hisahito & Princess Kiko. Princesses Mako & Kako were also hit by gunfire, but weren't killed immediately. The mercenaries checked to make sure the remaining Royals were dead; satisfied, they left the scene....

US Army First Lieutenant Gregory Fontenot of Raleigh, NC was stationed on one of the US Army military bases in Japan, heard the violent commotion going on in the outskirts of suburban Tokyo & drove fast towards Hirohito Plaza where he saw the ugly, violent carnage aftermath: walking over to the van containing the lifeless bodies of the Imperial Japanese Royal Family "Now what in the Hell ?" he angrily sighed....

Managing to get the doors of the van open, Gregory managed to get Mako out first (she was unconscious, but breathing), then managed to get Kako out of the van as well: putting her in the backseat next to her sister). He tried to call for medical assistance & help, but noticed the walky-talky machines were blasted out due to the gunfire. Fearful of the mercenaries coming back to finish the job, Gregory hit the gas of his vehicle & drove all the way to his residence, where his wife, Monica Fontentot (who is Japanese American as well as pregnant with their seventh child) was shocked at what she saw as Gregory drove into the garage & locked the garage door. "Gregory! What the Hell is going on? Can you please explain all of this massive blood over the...." Gregory bluntly told her "No time to argue Monica. The Princesses need medical attention ASAP! Call for help immediately!"

Monica's cousin, Kristina Seguchi arrived at the house, walked toward the large underground basement: where she managed to remove all of Mako's clothes from head to toe, placing the unconscious naked Mako on a hard surface & began to work: taking bullets out of her back, left shoulder, then one of Kristina's sisters, Raquel, got medical supplies & other necessities in doing the same with Kako (who was placed on a hard surface across the room).
