United States Anti-Semitism in the United States (and elsewhere)

Meh, it's America. Get guns, protect yourself.

We actually have done that in the past.

People become a lot more tolerant when your armed with a shot gun.

That said no I don't think the general public should be footing the bill to defend us with private security. In theory that's what the police are supposed to do, but I trust giving the Rabbi and a few of the faithful some rifles a lot more.

You will get tried for murder if you defend and don't run. Security companies won't

I dare California or New York or whatever blue state you care to name to try. that would be such a massive optics L and the courts would have to deal with all the Jewish lawyers going over the case. seems like the best possible case to prove why the need for self defense should be respected nation wide.

But that would mean the dems have to be mean to muslims

Personal opinion, when someone else is trying to kill you or cause serious bodily harm to you.

If you have the means to defend yourself, up to and including lethal means.

Just do it. Deal with the court issues when/if they come.

Your choice is to die or be maimed in the street, or kill the criminal and go to court.

Minnesota.

The Minnesota state supreme court ruled a year or few ago, that the 'duty to flee' is not only paramount, but that you have to have a functionally-supernatural understanding of opportunities to escape. If you don't take even the slightest opportunity to slip away from your attackers, including in directions that literally are not visible to you at the time the opportunity presents itself, using lethal force in self-defense counts as murder.

I don't recall the name of the case, but it was a chunk of absolute retardation.

Note to self, NEVER move to Minnesota.

Daniel Penny didn't end up in prison. Neither did Kyle Rittenhouse.

Like I said, personal opinion. Anyone who wants to do so can stand still and become a victim. I'll kill the guy and take my chances in court.

That and at the very least there will be one less criminal in the world.

It's a pretty complicated case (Blevins was intoxicated and a felon himself which in itself shouldn't affect your right to self defense but is also combined with whether he did or didn't instigate or escalate the situation prior to the knife drawing) so its actually still terrible since the Case Law from it could have negative effects for Self Defense claims.

Maybe the verdict would've turned out differently if some factors had changed.

But you can see the documents yourself.

The Dissent is at the bottom of the Supreme Court Case.

Again one group should not get special protection unless there is an IMMEDIATE threat to them.
Jews while some people dislike them don’t have all their synagogues under constant siege.

So they can either carry guns to protect themselves, or hire security.

As for liberal states and self defense. Maybe you should not have voted for the democrats. But beyond that maybe the federal government should step in and dissolve state governments that pull unconstitutional shit like that.

That Minnesota case had a lot to do with the victim being a black trans woman. The prosecution was clearly out to get her.

The problem with the founders is that they assumed no government would be retarded enough to say that you do not have a right to self defense. This was a frontier society being able to defend yourself and others was a given like saying water is wet. The assumption is that any public official stupid enough to do that would deal with an angry mob who would forcibly remove them from office and this world.

What we need to do is add in a consitutional right to self defense because it turns out there are people who are that malicious and retarded.

I would point out that a hostile prosecutor and/or judge can do a lot to twist things against you even when the law *does* in fact include a right to self-defense.

The prosecution in the CeCe McDonald case in Minnesota basically hinged on the assertion that by reaching for scissors in her purse while running away, McDonald did not satisfy the "duty to retreat", and the prosecution also insisted that the fact that she'd already been physically attacked by the "victim" and his friends before fleeing didn't count because it couldn't be strictly determined that the victim was the specific individual who smashed a bottle on her head.

The judge, for his part, ruled that the "victim" being a literal Neo-Nazi with swastika tattoos and three prior violent felony convictions was irrelevant and prejudicial, but that CeCe having a previous misdemeanor conviction for check fraud was relevant because it demonstrated bad character.

While this is true.

Its does limit their options to fuck you and makes it more likely that you can get freedom on apeal.

A University of Florida law student who posted that Jews must be "abolished by any means necessary" won an award for a paper in which he argued that the Constitution applies solely to white people.
In one post on X, Damsky argued that President Donald Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio were "controlled by Jews," a group that he called "the common enemy of humanity," according to the Times.
