People already have the right to say no. It's called a revolution. No, either someone controls the king, at which point you have either a democracy or deepstate, or you have an absolute monarch.

AnCapdom would be best, only it would not last because of warlording.

fine then I'll take an absolute monarchy so long as they understand they mess the people over and it's off with their heads. In any case, nothing is worse than an mentally and emotionally weak and dumb cattle class. which is what about 50% of (if not more) our country consists of.

If you're an accelerationist or a nationalist, then last night was very good for you. Seems like a lot of the oldguard cuckservatives gotgot as Cherico I think noted. And it was so bad McCarthy had to go cope post about it IRL where he was like "Yay we did area denial against our own base!"

Which they absolutely didn't but whatever.

I'm for whatever will get the economy and the energy flowing again, no more inflation no more covid fear-mongering no more "Muh climate change" bullcrap.

Absolute monarchy is the awful thing we are headed towards. Absolute monarchy is when no one has any power, except on guy who gets power because of where he was born, and can do anything he likes. The best modern day example is North Korea.

You can blame rightwing media for all the hype that happened over the last few weeks. If you pay attention to what was predicted before the month of October. The results match what we saw last night. I will also point out if you look back at past interviews Trump had. He made it known his focus was going to be on State Legislatures. Because fixing them is how you get rid of Election tampering on a grand scale. The GOP will control the House. They very well will get a 1 seat majority in the Senate. Depending on the Georgia Race. And they now control the bulk of the State Legislatures in this country. The Red Wave did happen but people are not looking at the data with their own eyes. They are just looking at bits and pieces spooned out by the MSM. A group that constantly tries to Psyop you.
Yup, this is what a Red Wave looks like in a midterm that doesn't favor the Republican party.

And it's funny the media wants everyone to think otherwise.

and what we have isn't like that now??? how many years of prosperity have we had compared to bubbles and recessions? for every 4 years of good times, we get 10 years of massive inflation and government spending that is a net negative. not even a net neutral.

I heard an anolgy yesterday that's really fitting. Power is a gun and right now there are two sides at opposing sides of the table, The progs Will take that gun and shoot us it's not a matter of if but when. so your left with three choices.

1. you take the gun and shoot the other guy and pray the power never goes to your head.
2. you take the gun and keep it sheathed and make sure you stay disciplined and moral to keep it so.
3. You dismantle the gun and pray that the other guy doesn't reassemble it and shoots you.

if we can't do number 2 then there really is no hope for us as a species and we've earned our place in in you know where.

how many steps back to have to take before we realize what we have is not working?

I was pointing out in comparison to the lower level however as the post you were going on

So sorry if it confused me.
Look, local level matters, and the Lolbert's have shown they have the power to spoil races if they are not factored into GOP thinking.

I am not happy about this, as the modern Libertarian party may have just given the Dems power to effectively destroy this natio before 2024 and possible for all time, but I also cannot deny the power the Libertarian vote weilds, and the GOP is going to have re-evaluate whether or not they want to preach to the shrinking choir and lose, or start factoring in Libertarian desires and maybe be able to actually push back against progressives.

The Left understand that leaving Libertarians alone is in their interest, while the GOP hardcore base mostly treats them as a meme. I've been guilty of this myself, but the last day has show exactly how close the margin is in some places, and how much the Libertarian vote matters.

I think 2020 was a stolen election, but right now this election...doesn't set off nearly as many alarm bells, even with the AZ fuckery. I expect some level of fraud has happened in Dem heavy areas, but I also know the Dems are cagey enough and with 2020 under their belts they know what level they can push to without anyone holding them accountable.

I'll be blunt and say I think Dobbs was the Right call for SCOTUS to have made, but I will not deny it may have taken a lot of energy out of the red wave. The Russian invasion of Ukraine doesn't help, but that is something that was Putin's doing, not DC or Biden.

Also, the Mar-A-Lago raid matters, and the media lies around it have been successful in twist the narrative, whether we like it or not.

I tried to warn people here for months that things weren't looking great, but a lot of hardcore, old school GOP supporters didn't want to hear it. They may scrap out a slim majority in the House, but I doubt they will do better than 50/50 in the Senate, and frankly if Trump run in 2024 I expect the GOP to lose.

I am liking DeSantis, but I think he is more valuable where he is, building a lasting red bastion in Florida, and I think the GOP needs to look...outside the party, for 2024. Stop playing cronism games with old boys, but don't go for another bull in a China shop, and look at who can win with the electorate as is, not as the internal GOP propaganda wishes it was.

4, you melt the gun. It takes so much time and effort to create it in the first place. It took a century, basically. Yeah, I expect it to take a while to melt it down, but that'll buy a century of good times.

Very much seems to be the case. The Democrats line about ‘democracy being on the ballot’ seems to be coming true…with them leading the charge against America.

Look, maybe I’m just in denial, but I refuse to believe that people of my state (Pennsylvania) would vote in another brain-addled moron into power. You’d have thought they’d have learned after Biden!
Sooooo... um...

Pennsylvania elected an actual corpse for their Rep.

so basically you want agustus then.

Yeah that is not happening anytime soon, during modernity people do try everything else first before embracing a return to tradition. So not happening for at least 80 years because humans are stuborn and full of pride.

... Oz is also "No Guns!", so jokes on you there. We voted for the only pro gun candidate available. Why did you vote against gun rights? Why'd you vote for transitioning kids? Why'd you vote for the jab? Those are the better questions you should be asking yourself.

That seems very stupid and short sighted. A Repulican senate, even with Oz in it, will not pass a gun control bill. A Democrat senate with Fetterman in it very well might (and in fact it did). Arguing about how throwing your vote away on a doomed candidate is actually the good choice just sounds like trying to wiggle out of responsibility for helping Fetterman win.

Be more specific by “National divorce”??

A soft secession hopefully a peaceful one caused by our governors and states getting a backbone. it's becoming increasingly clear that conservative America and progressive (IE Marxist America) cannot coexist with each other if it doesn't end peacefully and quite it's going to end loud and bloody. I rather have peacefully and quiet.

in any case, I'm done voting. If the races aren't fixed, then they are left in the hands of the stupid majority. the best thing I can do is keep my head down and be ready to move to greener pastures at a moment's notice.
