Supposedly the main problems are “social skills” and schools supposed to help in “building character”
I think Japan and the USA’s schools may help in making a sort of pressure cooker for suicides and mass shooters and may enable bullying and actually punish fighting back

Homeschooling is, AFAIK, more or less illegal in Brazil(I think it's theoretically legal, but almost impossible in reality). So, what we'll get is online education with the same sort of living excrement that already teaches at schools all over the country.

I have a bit of a theory that the narcissistic sociopath types with a lot of manipulativeness in their personality will wait things out
They’ll downplay their actions and portray themselves as much more moderate than they actually were and pretend to be nice for awhile
The moment they find any easily impressionable kids or younger people in the workplace, they’ll try befriending them and getting them to think the best of them
The Conformists/Counterfeit-Individualists will be their best targets
And neither Trump nor anybody else on the Far Left will abolish the Department of Education or decentralize education further
Don’t fight on it, remove the battleground, it’s not even worth the resources spent when people can learn online or in homeschooling

What laws prevent the government from forcing kids into public schools and ONLY learning from either government approved sites and even government approved private schools?
It may not be significant, but there’s nothing legally stopping people from hiring non-college graduates for white collar jobs so long as they show significant skill level
Pretty sure half the bill of rights could be invoked to do that and the tenth amendment kinda makes the whole department of education unconstitutional

Frankly, the 2020-2021 autocoup attempt needs to be investigated and, if necessary, prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I could forgive a SCOTUS ruling deciding a closely decided election by several hundred votes, or even the theft of a SCOTUS seat, but not this.

In either case, I’d expect them to wreck some serious damage (at least in the short term) even with medieval era weapons due to being
a) trained soldiers
