    Overwhelming evidence; I wasn't that good at cheating, because I almost never needed to do it. Also, stakes weren't high; nothing beyond having to overcome a 0 on one exam. Now, if I had been caught cheating more than once, things would have been different.

    It's somewhat of a consolation that 'the flies change, the shit stays the same' holds true in other countries as well as mine - and just like here, the flies don't even change that much.

    I'd say that is quite possible. In that case, the question is whether Pacquiao is popular enough to steal Duterte's votes from outside the Davao area or will he merely split them.

    Hmm. Either he'll ally with Duterte or he'll steal votes from Duterte's candidate, but it's still too early to say anything other than that. EDIT: Reading one of the cited articles, he's looking to steal Duterte's electorate. My guess is he'll present himself as agreeing with most of Duterte's...
