Redstone is in northern alabama... Not really effected by hurricanes... And again, the development of Rockets is done there, more important then Colorado

I'm sorry that Redstone is literally more important due to the fact it involves heavily the whole space thing.... And one needs to remember, keeping things spread out is for the better. Making Colorado even MORE of a target is good and all, but not needed in one area
