He ran into some issue with he current location. To sum up; his current location has apparently cost him so much money, he needs to find a new place now, and can't wait anymore for the search for a place outside NYC to pan out, so it's been put on hold until he moves to a cheaper location in NYC.

What I want to know, is why they saw fit to give him an Emmy in the first place; I thought those things were supposed to be awarded to people involved in the television industry.
